Me: Hi everyone, good afternoon from the Pacific Bay area and ‬TGIF! Hope you are well. And if you aren't well, well........

Today is  National Pet Day. If you have a pet who loves watching game shows, I suggest you gather with your pets and let them have it. So..........let's get wired!!!!!!!!!!!!

To celebrate iHeartRadio week on Wheel of Fortune, social media correspondent Maggie Sajak asked host Ryan Seacrest about a hidden talent of his. She revealed that he shows it off to the game show audience during commercial breaks.

“You’re obviously a big music guy,” she said in an Instagram video on Wednesday.

“And a singer,” Seacrest butted in.

“AND a singer. Well-known fact about you,” Sajak replied.

After asking him what music he listens to in the car, Sajak said, “Not everyone knows this: During the commercials breaks here, we have a fire playlist.” Seacrest said a lot of songs get stuck in his head, especially Hall & Oates and Natasha Bedingfield.

She also asked him if he and fellow host Vanna White were doing karaoke in a bar together what song would they pick. Seacrest said “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” by Elton John and Kiki Dee, and then proceeded to sing the song. When Sajak asked White, she said they should do “A Whole New World” from Aladdin.

Floor Director

History has been made on The Floor, and the season isn’t over yet. Brian O’Halloran has been dominating the game since the first episode this season, making enemies out of people because he had the most pieces of the floor for the longest time. Now, he had made history.

When O’Halloran went to the stage for his second duel of the night, host Rob Lowe told him that he made history on the show by competing in nine duels. “You are back for your ninth battle,” Lowe said. “More than anyone in the history of The Floor.”

“I like the number nine. In numerology, that’s a good number, so that’s not bad,” O’Halloran said.

He versed Tyler in the category “Construction.” O’Halloran still had 30 seconds out of the 45 they were given when Tyler timed out. He inherited the category of “Fairytales & Fables” from Tyler. So far, O’Halloran had won $110,000, after consistently having the most pieces of the floor week after week. At that moment, he had 21 pieces of the floor.

“Is there a secret?” Lowe asked.

“You need to study what’s around you because that’s what it’s going to come at you,” the game show contestant replied.

O’Halloran didn’t continue to play and went back to the floor and let the randomizer decide who would go next. Luckily, the randomizer didn’t pick anyone else near him and he was in the clear for the rest of the game. However, he did not win the $20,000 at the end of the episode. That went to a contestant named Kathy who had gained the most pieces of the floor during that episode.

With only three episodes left in Season 3, O’Halloran has a good chance of winning the whole game and the $250,000 prize.

Fans reacted on social media to O’Halloran making history. “#NYR BRIAN WINS AGAIN! THTS NOW 9 DUELS! THE MOST EVER IN #TheFloor HISTORY! WOW!” an X user tweeted

Brian looks unstoppable! 9 battle wins! #TheFloor,” wrote another.

Brian wins again, his 9th duel #TheFloor,” a third said

“You’re a legendary competitor! Keep up the great work!” one fan replied to his post.

O’Halloran is an actor known for the 1994 movie Clerks and its two sequels.

Out of No Control

Demi Burnett is making her reality television return on Hulu’s new competition show Got to Get Out, but she got her start in Bachelor Nation. After appearing on Season 23 of The Bachelor and Seasons 5 and 7 of Bachelor in Paradise, Burnett is still single and isn’t shutting the door on returning to the franchise.

In fact, she told Swooon that she’d be down to star on The Bachelorette in the future and has an idea for how she can help the show do something its never done before.

“I’d be the Bachelorette. Of course I would. I could be the Bachelorette and just have guys and girls. The first bi season,” Burnett pitched. The reality star came out as bisexual on Season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2019 and got engaged to her then-girlfriend Kristian Haggerty on the show. However, they split just months later. When she returned for Season 7, she didn’t make any connections and was eliminated in Week 3.

Bachelor in Paradise is returning this summer after taking a year off in 2024, and Burnett admitted that she hasn’t gotten a call to return. But would she be interested?

Demi Burnett for Got to Get Out

Hulu

“I don’t know. If anything, if I were to go back to the beach, it’s because I’d be trying to date one of the Golden guys,” she laughed, referring to how The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette singles will also be on the beach this summer. “Or the Golden gals. Or any of the girls! I’m only going for the Golden guys or the girls. Not necessarily Golden girls … all women. And Golden guys. I don’t want any men fresh off The Bachelorette. They’re trouble.”

Unfortunately, it seems like the Golden and young cast members will be on separate beaches, so there wont be any mingling between the contestants from different age groups.

On Got to Get Out, Burnett will have some familiar Bachelor Nation faces in her corner. Clare Crawley and Susan Noles (The Golden Bachelor) are also part of the cast, and Burnett said it was “really nice” for her to have them there.

She said it was “exciting” to get cast on the show, which puts 20 people in a house in hopes of escaping with a $1 million prize. “It was a little nerve-wracking because this is the first time I was going to do a show without alcohol,” Burnett admitted. “I haven’t drank alcohol in almost four years now. So I was a little bit nervous about that. But everything ended up being great and fine.”

Without alcohol, Burnett said she thinks people will see a “more clever” and “funnier” side of her. “I think they will see more of their favorite parts of me than maybe some of the parts that fell off because they were getting drowned out with alcohol,” she explained. “I got back in touch with those things that are the best parts of me.”

Since her last time on reality television, Burnett has also opened up about her autism diagnosis, which she said “definitely affected” her on the show because her “social strategy isn’t the best.”

And right out the gate comes a segment in which you get the following things that are mandatory but not necessarily on the checklist: Someone who can stream for more than one year of his or her own time, can be of some certain variety or within the realm outside of video games (i.e. Artwork, Music), viewership numbers on averages and the category most important: Play Jackbox games if necesssary. Please help me introduce you all to.................

This month's recipient: Weirdnewz. Why Weirdnewz? It's a cure of the Mondays. When it first gave birth right somewhere around the pandemic or maybe prior to it, it was Sundays at 2pm, Mondays at high noon and Thursdays at 5pm. Now it's slashed to just Mondays, because it's just after the pandemic, many people are getting back to school or work and the person behind it which i'm about to introduce in a minute, has a job. You got it now?

Moving on.

Weirdnewz, you see....is a real woman. No AI, a real person. Initally, it was weird stuff as the name implies, but now it's about politics....and something else that ticks her brain off. She was shown on her face but nowadays..........it's a big ol purple heart all stream long. Here are some highlights from the face era.

She even played some jackbox with people like these..............

So for all the news that's fit to print in a ziploc bag, head to:

So Weirdnewz, I've got good news for you.................

You are the Twitchhead of the month for April of 2025. You get an imaginary plaque to hang on the wall, bragging rights and what else, Amy Irons?

“Man or Mannequin?”, the competitive gameshow format produced by Japan's leading multiplatform entertainment powerhouse Nippon TV, has been optioned for adaption in the Italian market by Italian production company Casta Diva.

The announcement was made today by Sayako Aoki, Head of International Sales at Nippon TV, and Massimo Righini and Fabio Nesi, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, respectively, at Casta Diva Pictures.

“Man or Mannequin?”, which launched globally at MIPCOM 2024, is a high-stakes, team-based game show where celebrity contestants race against time to find mannequins cleverly hidden throughout the city. Contestants might find a mannequin baby in a stroller at a shopping arcade or realize that a woman sitting cozily with a partner on a park bench is actually a mannequin. Each mannequin found brings the team closer to victory, but hidden among them are fake mannequins and humans pretending to be mannequins trying to fool the contestants. As the game progresses, expanding into new locations with even more cunning and witty disguises, the challenge intensifies. Former teammates might become rivals, using their knowledge of each other's strategies to outwit and outplay as they try determining what is real or fake.

Quote from Sayako Aoki, Head of International Sales at Nippon TV: 'Since the launch of “Man or Mannequin?” last October, we have been receiving positive feedback towards this format from around the world for its light-hearted, hilarious content which can provide viewers with a little break from their busy everyday life. We are excited to work with Casta Diva Pictures towards its first international version and looking forward to seeing what their creativity brings to this format'

Quote from Massimo Righini, Chief Operating Officer at Casta Diva Pictures: 'Being able to option this format while other global companies had also been showing interest is a great honor. We immediately understood that “Man or Mannequin?” has a very high entertainment potential that comes from a simple but brilliant idea that only the Nippon TV team could create. We can't wait to propose it to an Italian broadcaster. We are sure that an idea like this has never been proposed'.

Quote from Fabio Nesi, Chief Executive Officer at Casta Diva Pictures: 'We are proud to have been chosen by an entertainment giant like Nippon TV to bring an innovative format to the Italian audience. This decision highlights our ability to look beyond national borders to seize the best international opportunities and bring innovation to the Italian market. Leveraging our extensive experience in producing high-quality content, coupled with our deep knowledge of the international market, we will be able to create an Italian edition of "Man or Mannequin?" that reflects the tastes and expectations of the local audience, while maintaining the originality and charm of the original format'
