Alex Horne has confirmed that a bonus episode of Taskmaster is on TV tonight (June 6).
The previously announced spin-off, Taskmasterclass, "seeks to answer some of the most burning questions" about the series, with narration from everyone's favourite double act Greg Davies and Alex Horne.
The synopsis for the special episode, which is set to go behind the curtain of the ever-popular comedy gameshow, asks whether there is "method behind Taskmaster's madness".
Greg Davies and Little Alex Horne are set to reveal all, "with the help of some willing victims".
Alex Horne has directed fans to the episode, describing it as "a specially curated and narrated celebration of a particular aspect of the nonsense".
He added: "Fun to make, hopefully fun to watch..."
Taskmasterclass airs on Channel 4 at 9pm on Thursday, June 6.
As well as this spin-off, the franchise is expanding into the world of gaming with a VR game, due to be released on June 13.
Players will be able to step in as contestants, or can play as the Taskmaster's Assistant and create tasks of their own.
"In real life, I'm not allowed to be a Taskmaster contestant or look into the Taskmaster's eyes without his permission, but thanks to Taskmaster VR I can fulfil very nearly all of my Taskmaster fantasies," Horne said of the project.

Audiences of The Life and Slimes of Marc Summers May 31 will be in for a treat as the production stages its first official '90s Night.
The nostalgia-filled show will feature special guests Danny Tamberelli from The Adventures of Pete & Pete and Jenna Leigh Green from Sabrina the Teenage Witch (and, to theatre fans, from bare and Wicked). After the show, there will also be a special talkback with Summers and Tamberelli.
The show, which officially opened Off-Broadway February 22, reunited Alex Brightman with composer Drew Gasparini to tell the story of Nickelodeon host Marc Summers. Playing New World Stages, the production began performances February 14.
Part interactive game show, part memoir, The Life and Slimes of Marc Summers follows the infamous host from the set of the children's game show Double Dare to the Food Network, where he has now worked for more than 20 years. Starring Summers, the production relies heavily on audience participation to bring iconic moments in television history to life.
The creative team includes director Chad Rabinovitz, set designer Christopher Rhoton, lighting designer Jeffrey Small, and co-sound designers David Sheehan and Hide J Nakajo. The show is general managed by LDK Productions' Lisa Dozier Shacket and Michael Shannon.
The Life and Slimes of Marc Summers is produced by Lisa Dozier Shacket, with Guy Fieri, Jeremy Wein/Existence Media in association with Marlene and Gary Cohen, Christopher Rhoton, and Joe Trentacosta.
The work was originally developed and produced at Constellation Stage and Screen in Bloomington, Indiana.
