Prime Video has revealed the official teaser trailer, launch date and key art for its first Irish Original comedy series, LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland, ahead of the series global launch on 19th January 2024.

The series will feature some of Ireland's biggest and best comedic talent: Aisling Bea, Amy Huberman, Catherine Bohart, David McSavage, Deirdre O'Kane, Emma Doran, Jason Byrne, Martin Angolo, Paul Tylak, and Tony Cantwell.

Using his trademark wit, host Graham Norton will oversee the 10 comedic stars, brought together to make each other laugh by using every unpredictable comedic tool in the box ... without cracking a smile themselves. With the added bonus of some celebrity cameos, their performances will have viewers - but hopefully not their fellow stars - laughing out loud. As the clock counts down and the tension rises, whoever can outlast their competitors will be crowned the first winner of LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland and win a grand prize of €50,000 for their charity of choice.

The teaser provides a playful montage of all 10 comedians struggling to hold in their laughs, but fail at the last moment resulting in a stern-faced Graham Norton flashing a red card.

The fan-favourite LOL: Last One Laughing format has become the most watched title of all time on Prime Video in Italy, France, and Germany, and had hugely successful local versions in Mexico, Australia, India, Spain, Canada, The Netherlands, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, and Sweden. Other local celebrity hosts include Jay Baruchel (Canada), Eugenio Derbez (Mexico), Fedez (Italy), Michael "Bully" Herbig (Germany), and Rebel Wilson (Australia). Prime Video recently announced LOL: Last One Laughing South Africa will be its first South African Original, hosted by Trevor Noah. LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland is the latest adaptation of the successful Prime Video series in Japan, Documental, created by and starring Hitoshi Matsumoto and owned by Yoshimoto Kogyo, where Matsumoto leads 10 comedians in an anything goes "battle of laughter behind closed doors."

LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland represents the growing UK and Ireland Original slate on Prime Video, along with new UK-produced series and movies launching across 2023 and 2024. These include 007's Road to a Million, an unscripted adventure series inspired by James Bond; psychological thriller and twisted love story Wilderness; Fifteen-Love, a drama series set in the world of elite tennis; How To Date Billy Walsh, a rom-com movie; stranger-than-fiction docuseries The Greatest Show Never Made and Fake Sheikh. LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland will join the thousands of TV shows and movies in the Prime Video catalogue including UK-produced Amazon Originals such as Clarkson's Farm, The Grand Tour, All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur, All or Nothing: Arsenal, The Devil's Hour, Mammals, Jungle and James May: Our Man In Italy. U.S. hits like The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, The Boys and Reacher, Gen V, Daisy Jones and The Six, as well as exclusive TV shows like Star Trek: Picard, Nine Perfect Strangers, and Little Fires Everywhere; movies like Shotgun Wedding, My Policeman, Thirteen Lives and BAFTA-nominated Everybody's Talking About Jamie, plus live sport including live coverage of Premier League football matches. All available at no additional cost as part of Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide (offers and titles vary based on location).

Who's In The House?

Former 'Survivor' Winner Kim Wolfe Returns in HGTV's WHY THE HECK DID I BUY THIS HOUSE?' on Tuesday, Dec. 26, at 9 p.m ET/PT

WHAT: Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?

WHERE/WHEN: Why the Heck Did I Buy This House? premieres Tuesday, Dec. 26, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV and is available to stream the same day and time on Max(R).

WHO: Former CBS Survivor winner Kim Wolfe will rescue San Antonio-area homeowners suffering from major buyer's remorse in a new eight-episode season of HGTV's Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?, a series that attracted 15.4 million viewers to its freshman run. The designer, home renovator and busy mom of three will use her expert skills to help clients who hastily bought their home at first sight but now regret their decision. Armed with tenacity and ingenuity, Kim will get her hands dirty during every phase of the renovation, bringing her design vision to life for each property. Ultimately, she'll save these families stuck in lifeless spaces overrun by dysfunctional layouts, outdated style and overlooked potential and help them finally fall in love with their reinvented dream home.

In the premiere episode, Kim will meet a couple desperate to turn their choppy, mismatched rooms - including a kitchen whose refrigerator is located down the hall - into their ideal forever home. To complete the massive project, she'll reconfigure the floorplan to create an open concept living area and kitchen featuring a custom butcher block island and built-in bar with mirrored backsplash, as well as a main bedroom suite boasting a statement vaulted ceiling. As the season continues, Kim will rescue more overwhelmed clients from structural nightmares and unusable square footage to deliver stunning home overhauls.

Why the Heck Did I Buy This House? is produced by High Noon Entertainment.

Who do you think in our opinion is the queen of Christmas? If you said Mariah carey.......

You might've defrosted her with a blowtorch and some matches. But if you said Darlene Love, you'd be right. So here's this. Think of Letterman every single year in your minds.

#TodayILearned that by 2029, Jamie Jamill will head into 2030 by hitting a pinata. Talk about good fun TV.

Please be kind, be great and stay smart the next time you hear this sound.........
