Fans were quick to notice that Vanna White was missing from her usual Wheel of Fortune post on October 2, as she’d tested positive for Covid at the time of the tapings for Teachers Week. Fret not though because Bridgette Donald-Blue was there to step in and serve in her place.

But who is Ms. Blue? Below, we’re breaking down everything you need to know about Wheel of Fortune‘s interim co-host.

She’s a Top-Tier Teacher

Bridgette Donald-Blue is an elementary school teacher who is educating young minds at Coliseum Street Elementary School in Los Angeles, California. Considering it’s Teachers Week on Wheel of Fortune, Ms. Blue’s participation fits the theme. She has been teaching for three decades and in 2023 was named California Teacher of the Year.

She’s Attended & Taught at Prestigious Schools

Donald-Blue is an alumna of Howard University, which is located in Washington D.C.. From there, she joined Teach for America, which brought her out to Compton, California. After settling out west, Donald-Blue taught fifth graders and went on to educate as an adjunct professor at UCLA and California State University.

Spot The Cheerleader

Her Specialty Is Math

This teacher’s specialty is math. Currently, Donald-Blue helps young kids at Coliseum recover from math learning loss, according to LA School Report. As she shared on the show, she also works with a wide spectrum of students in grades K through 5.

Audacy recently relaunched Classic Hits “98.7 The Spot” KSPF Dallas has begun restaffing with the addition of Bonnie-Jill Laflin to host 12-6pm weekdays.

Laflin has had multiple careers starting as cheerleader for the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys before moving into acting and modeling where she was on Baywatch, Ally McBeal, Deal or No Deal, and a frequent men’s magazine cover. Laflin would then return to Sports as the first female scout for the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers and Assistant General Manager of the NBA D-League’s Los Angeles D-Fenders.

She joined SiriusXM as a host on their fantasy sports channel in 2012 and previously hosted University of Texas football pre and post-game shows on their radio network. Laflin most recently spent two years as morning show co-host at Cumulus Media Sports 680 KNBR/104.5 KNBR-FM San Francisco until exiting in July 2020.

This month's recipent

This month's recipent: ArtofTheRoll. They have done RPG games and nothing else. Around last year, Super Geeked Up acquired them to be friends with them and they've been virtually ever since. In fact, some of the cast have been on some episodes. Greg Horvay acts and controls freeway traffic as a DM and airs the same day as......(gasp) the big 18-stone behemoth known as.........Critical Role. They should drop in and tell them how to improve on the product. Anyways, here's a quick clip.

David Walliams has filed suit against "Britain's Got Talent" producer Fremantle after he was accused last November for allegedly making sexually explicit comments about a contestant.

The data protection suit was filed last week. Walliams parted ways with the show, which airs in the U.K. on ITV, last November after transcripts were leaked to The Guardian newspaper in which he reportedly made a number of derogatory comments about contestants.

The Guardian claimed to have reviewed the transcripts. The newspaper said Walliams had made the comments in the presence of fellow judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon.

There is no suggestion the other judges heard or responded to Walliams' comments. Cowell's spokesperson confirmed to Variety last year he had not heard the comments.

At the time, ITV told Variety in a statement, ITV: "We do not condone the language outlined in these allegations, and we have spoken to the producers of 'Britain's Got Talent.' Duty of care towards all participants on any of our programmes is always of paramount importance and we have protocols and guidelines in place for all our production partners."

Walliams, who was a judge on the show for ten years, was replaced three months after the controversy by "Dancing With the Stars" judge Bruno Tonioli. In the U.K. Tonioli was also a judge on "Strictly Come Dancing."

Fremantle declined to comment on the lawsuit.

We took our cameras to a musical at a theater somewhere in Los Angeles and a group of girls throughly agreed to submit a review for us. Oh girls.......

Before we put it on park for another fortnight, here's Michelle Creber with this:
