Now, America's favorite contestant, Pierre Kelly!

Me:Welcome everybody to Game Show Live! where we get lit and get involved. Let's kick it off with......

The Double Toasted opening toss up story.

Most social networks can have their very own game show. Like for instance.........

Confetti belonged to Facebook in the midst of the live trivia boom.

Instagram recently has a very popular show that's still around today called Game Show Ready. But last week...............

Hey America makes the live trivia rounds to Youtube for the first time ever. Hosted by politcal pundit Heather Gardner, the show focuses on the trivia aspects on what the United States of America is and how it is. The object is to answer more questions than the chatroom. There's no elimination, so you stay in and try to make a comeback as possible. the # of people who get it right also means you get the # of people still in it for $1000. Display recently has $500 after having games of up to $5000, but I think this game will stay with it. It'll premiere this week after a few tinkering.

Riding the momentum of a record-breaking premiere week and top-rated fall, NBC rings in the new year with a prestigious lineup of new series and returning favorites, all amplified by the spectacle of the Super Bowl and Winter Olympics. In a season that finds NBC #1 in total viewers and #1 in 18-49 for entertainment programming, the upcoming schedule features a pair of freshman comedies, a trio of gripping new dramas and a duet of big new unscripted series, along with the final chapter of the award-winning series "This Is Us."

"Our goal in the fall was to engage and grow the NBC audience with hallmark dramas, building momentum through the holidays and into the Olympics, all of which will work in concert to provide the best possible launch pads for our new and returning midseason shows," said Frances Berwick, Chairman, Entertainment Networks, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming. "After a premiere week win and tremendous success this season to-date, we're well-primed to deliver on that promise and continue this winning trend through the remainder of the season."

"Following a fall that launched a pair of dramas and saw huge success from so many returning series, we're excited to really pull back the curtain in January with big swings across genres that provide something for everyone," said Susan Rovner, Chairman, Entertainment Content, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming. "Over the past year, our programming team has been vigorously chasing down the best content out there, and it's really exciting to start to see some early fruits of our labor join the longtime fan favorites on the NBC schedule."

A duet of unscripted series will hit the stage midseason, beginning Jan. 3 when Jimmy Fallon expands his network footprint onto the primetime schedule as the executive producer and host of music and comedy variety game show "That's My Jam." Then on Feb. 21, the all-live event series "American Song Contest" debuts, featuring original musical performances representing all 50 states, five U.S. territories and our nation's capital, with artists competing to win the country's vote for the Best Original Song in a grand spectacle.

Amidst an ever-increasing competitive TV landscape, NBC has maintained a winning fall, as home to eight of the top 20 programs in the key 18-49 demo, the most of any network. "Saturday Night Live" is the #1 comedy in the demo and "La Brea" is the #1 new program. Perennial powerhouse "The Voice" is the most-watched unscripted series. In addition to their curated linear timeslots, all new shows will be available to stream on Peacock.

Previously announced shows that have been ordered to series but not yet dated include "The Wheel" "L.A. Fire and Rescue," "AGT Extreme" and "Night Court."

AGT: Extreme, the spinoff of the long-running NBC hit, is expected to air in midseason despite a pause in production after a horrifying on-set accident. The series shut down filming in Georgia after stuntman Jonathan Goodwin was crushed between two cars in a daredevil stunt that went wrong.

Frances Berwick, Chairman, Entertainment Networks, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, said the broadcast network still expects to be able to air it in a midseason slot, potentially on Sunday nights. “We have an investigation ongoing into what actually happened but we do anticipate the show coming back in midseason. We have a lot of safety protocols in place and we have to conclude the investigation but we have certainly paused production for the time being,” she said.

CBS will introduce a handful of shows at midseason but is mostly sticking with what worked in the fall. The lone new entry for the network is Good Sam, a medical drama starring Sophia Bush and Jason Isaacs.

The first quarter of 2022 will also bring premieres of unscripted shows The Amazing Race and Undercover Boss, and the third Celebrity Big Brother will run on multiple nights in February as counter-programming to the Winter Olympics.

SWAT, which has had a resurgence on Fridays in the fall, will move to 10 p.m. Sundays to fill the spot vacated by SEAL Team, which moved to Paramount+ after a brief run on the network to start the fall.

The Amazing Race will open its 33rd season with a two-hour premiere Jan. 5, leading into the debut of Good Sam. The latter is taking over the 10 p.m. Wednesday spot from CSI: Vegas, which had just a 10-episode order for this season (though it will be in the mix for a possible return in 2022-23).

Undercover Boss will take over SWAT‘s 8 p.m. Friday berth beginning Jan. 7. Primetime editions of game shows The Price Is Right and Let’s Make a Deal will help fill out the Wednesday slate later in January, and Celebrity Big Brother will debut Feb. 2 and air 14 episodes over the course of three weeks. The spring edition of Survivor is set to premiere March 9
.

Awashed on the shore of the banks of the Be More Specific Ocean lied an array of treasure chests the pirates forgot. Game Show Live! is bringing you a special exclusive at shows that have never seen the light of day. prepare yourself for........................

Buried Treasure.

Ahoy, we found a discovery.

Yes, i'm not making it up. Before it became a very popular cue on Wheel of Fortune right around the time it moved to Television City and before it moved networks, the title of that was a pilot. So 3 contestants played a word game in which words.......gets you prizes. To do that, you have to stop on a circle that contains a letter. It's like the PYL board going in slow motion. It be too easy to have contestants a field day and give whammies the day off. Some letters have extra where you get......well......an extra prize and a trigger letter gives you the  very first letter of the word. Solve that word and.........you get the prize. We keep going until all the prizes are out of here. There's one that can take one opponents prize away. Concentration reruns on Buzzr anyone? The top player wins and that's just it people. But Buzzword lived on to fight another day thanks to a modern day remix used by this other show............

It was my favorite but a one year wonder and rules were sometimes confusing, but it was a fun show, nonetheless.
