What about the trailer?

RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Nina West and Queer Eye‘s Bobby Berk are developing a children’s variety show for Stoopid Buddy Stoodios.

Nina’s Treehouse, written and created by West, portrayed by Andrew Levitt, and Patricia Taylor, aims to create a space where all children feel welcomed, accepted and inspired to be creative, while embracing what makes them unique. It’s part Mrs. Doubtfire, part Sesame Street with a bit of Pee-wee’s Playhouse mixed in.

“This is a dream come true. I am so excited to partner with Bobby Berk and Stoopid Buddy Stoodios to bring this world of Nina’s Treehouse to life,” said West, “Every bit of my heart is jumping at the opportunity to share joy, love, and kindness with children of all ages and continue to carry the torch of greats like Fred Rogers, Jim Henson, Paul Reubens, and Walt Disney. This show is the definition of magic!”

“I am so thrilled to be developing Nina’s Treehouse with Andrew and Stoopid Buddy. It’s our hope that every child feels welcome and safe to express the joy of being who they are when watching this show, and we are so excited to bring that vision to life in a new format that’s fresh and fun,” Berk added.

West will executive produce alongside Berk with Stoopid Buddy Stoodios’ Seth Green, John Harvatine IV, Matthew Senreich, Eric Towner and Chris Waters.

West went from local Ohio drag shows to the artform’s biggest mainstream stage when she appeared on RuPaul’s Drag Race season 11 in 2019. Known to fans for her upbeat attitude and kindness, the “eleven-gendary” performer and artist took home her season’s Miss Congeniality Prize.

Nina’s Treehouse will mark the first producing credit for Berk, who is one of the five Emmy-nominated hosts on Netflix’s Queer Eye. Working alongside Karamo Brown, Jonathan Van Ness, Tan France and Antoni Porowski, Berk is the Fab Five’s resident design expert who helps subjects transform their living spaces. Berk along with his fellow hosts were nominated for a 2020 Emmy for outstanding host for a reality or competition program.

Now our monthly segement that gives us the qualifications for the blog's monthly prize: must have a length of at least one year, can be of any variety or stick to a common game, viewership numbers on average and the most important category of all: the ability to play Jackbox games on any days or a moment's notice. Yes, Livewire! is proud to award.....

The Twitchhead of the month award! This month's recipient: Heatleykills27. Known for his variety streaming needs, he's got a new show already out now called "Inside the OBS" where musical guests and a little bit of Family Feud is welcome into the fray. And Heatley may have watched episodes of Merv Griffin's Crosswords on Youtube, because he can do crosswords while players use only their fingers to put down responses to prompts while playing Jackbox. Hasn't he watched People Puzzler on GSN? One particular highlight of the stream is that he enjoys the rap battle robot rampage of Mad Verse City. Every now and then, he would smash the pause button around the 10 second mark to check to see if they're done depending on lag and watch the mics gets burned. Text to speech style. In fact, he is known all over Twitch with his monthly MVC tournaments and theyr'e becoming the main attraction. Here's one of them:

And all of that could be by going to:

Colbi: A box of matches. If you play with it, you'll get burned. And you can use those matches with Bath & Body works Candles. It'll make the room look more..............cool. Over to you, Jackbox be Nimble.

Me: Thank you Colbi. Tune in next month to see who's turning on the red light. Oh wait, I forgot to pay a parking ticket for running a red light while going over to Ralph's, but after this blog.

And the award for nothing miserable goes to...............

The Good Place‘s Jameela Jamil will host the 25th annual Webby Awards, which will take a virtual route for this year’s ceremony. The annual awards ceremony, which seeks to honor the year’s best of the Internet, will take place on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Like many other ceremonies this awards season and last, the Webby Awards has opted for a virtual event amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Nominees for this year’s edition will be unveiled April 20, when voting for the Webby’s People Voice Awards.

The 2020 Webby Awards saw Patton Oswalt return to the host the ceremony. Among the winners at he 2020 iteration, dubbed WFH: Webbys From Home, were Jimmy Fallon, Lil Nas X, Cardi B and Greta Thunberg. Additional winner’s for last year’s awards were John Krasinski, Terry Crews, Reese Witherspoon and Celine Dion.

Jamil, who wrapped up her time as Tahani in NBC’s The Good Place, recently served as host of HBO Max’s vogueing reality competition series Legendary, which has been renewed for a second season. Her additional TV credits include Crossing Swords, Jurassic Word: Camp Cretaceous, DuckTales and Mira, Royal Detective.

The actress has often used her social media platforms to advocate for body positivity, including the launch of her self-love campaign “I Weigh.”

Black Space Tonight

John Oliver took on the bankruptcy process last night, when “Shark Tank” star Kevin O’Leary got credit for being a total jerk.

On an episode of the ABC series “Shark Tank,” Kevin O’Leary called an entrepreneur who had previously filed for bankruptcy “radioactive.” The HBO “Last Week Tonight” host then turned that TV clip right around.

“Well hold on, because that is a terrible lesson,” Oliver said. “And you, Kevin O’Leary, are hardly one to be calling someone’s decisions ‘radioactive,’ given that you invested in companies with business models like, ‘Put your face on a potato,’ ‘Look like an idiot on a unicycle’ and Toygaroo, the Netflix for toys, whose mascot always looked like it was searching for a place to take a s—. And, which interestingly, filed for f—ing bankruptcy. So I’m sorry Kevin, but to me, that makes you radioactive. I’m out.”

Of course, O’Leary didn’t actually create this problem. In large part, Oliver pointed out, the credit card industry did.

You might be surprised when the “Daily Show” alum went after President Joe Biden’s role in all of this.

A Carnival of Nekkid Grandmas!

To celebrate the upcoming debut of Family Feud Live! on the Mardi Gras ship, Carnival Cruise Line announced a new cruise-themed version of the popular Family Feud board game.

Available through Carnival’s official website, the Family Feud: Carnival Edition board game was inspired by the hit television show and features more than 150 questions to test each player’s knowledge of the cruise line and the industry as a whole.

To help recreate the most popular aspects of the television game show, the Fast Money, Pass or Play, What Ifs and Face Offs have all been added to the board game. Sample questions include “Name a Famous Captain” and “Name Something You’d Hate to Forget When Packing for a Cruise.”

For travelers worried about the game spoiling their Family Feud Live! experience on Mardi Gras, Carnival officials made it clear the questions in the take-home version will differ from those used during sailings.

To give people an extra level of authenticity, Carnival shared information about a free app that players can download from the App Store or Google Play that turns their phone into a real Family Feud buzzer. The cost for Family Feud: Carnival Edition is $24.95.

Last week, Carnival President Christine Duffy said in an interview big-ship cruising will not resume from U.S. homeports until lines get more “clarity” on what it will take to gain approval from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

And now, Great Moments in Bracket Live history!

In honor of April Acapella Awareness month, we have a song by BYU Noteworthy. Wonder why I picked it. Because one of its members graudated. Her name: Tiffany Parker. And here she is along with her group to sing before she goes off into the sunset.

Closing Theme

#todayIlearned that if RuPaul did his/her/them version of Mr. Rogers Neighborhood on PBS, what would the trolley look like? Would it look cool with more colors and goes slower while bumping to 90's house music all the way to King Friday 13th's castle? I wish Princess Sara Tuesday would be bobbing her head to that.

Well, I got to go now. Talk to all again if a bus comes around so that I can transfer somewhere to a barcade somewhere. I can hear all the sights and sounds of it but one sound I despise is.....
