his weekend, Bob Eubanks will bring “Hollywood’s Greatest Game Shows!” to Manistee.

Eubanks was the No. 1 Rock n’ Roll disc jockey in Los Angeles at the No. 1 radio station KRLA for seven years. In 1972, he entered the world of country music. For 10 years, he was the exclusive music producer for country star Merle Haggard and also managed the careers of Dolly Parton, Barbara Mandrell and Marty Robbins. He brought the Beatles to America and promoted their concerts all three years they toured.

We have a follow along on Game Show battle rooms that will open up today in Milwaukee.

Minnesota-based college buddies (and former pedal tavern owners, natch) David Sauer and Kevin Letnes opened their first Game Show Battle Room in suburban Minneapolis last year, and are now opening a second in a 2,800-square-foot space at 12565 W. Feerick St., a block south of Capitol Drive. “There’s just a lot of momentum behind experience-based activities,” Sauer told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel back in August. “We thought, why not bring a full, immersive game-show experience to the public?”
So what, exactly, is included in a full, immersive game-show experience? For $29.95, customers get to compete in games like “Wheel of Phrases,” “Friendly Feud,” and “Name That Price”—all hosted by “theatrically minded people” (enter the ghost of Chuck Barris). Sessions last about 90 minutes. The whole thing is all-ages, and there’s no alcohol allowed (exit the ghost of Chuck Barris).

And here's the video in short form.

And what else is in short form? A  a 30-second song break with Lilbumblebear which starts when I try to find the can opener for my can of chilli......

Back to the news.

______'d you out!

It's a good thing the Match Game revival was better than the host's talk show itself. Here's why.
Alec Baldwin is off the air (for now): ABC has pulled The Alec Baldwin Show from its Sunday time slot, TVLine has learned, with the freshman talk show moving to Saturdays in December.
Repeats of Shark Tank will air in Alec Baldwin‘s previous Sundays-at-10 slot, beginning Sunday, Nov. 18. (They’ll be preempted by The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Sunday, Dec. 2, and by The Sound of Music on Sunday, Dec. 16.) Baldwin’s talk show will resume airing in a new time slot — Saturdays at 10/9c — beginning Dec. 8.
The Alec Baldwin Show — in which the Emmy-winning actor has long-form chats with guests like Robert De Niro and Kim Kardashian West — premiered last month to barely 2 million viewers and a 0.3 demo rating, and has seen its total audience decline for three straight weeks. It’s even underperforming year-ago time slot holder Ten Days in the Valley, which averaged 2.7 mil and a 0.4 before it, too, got banished to Saturdays.

With romantic comedies having a moment in the pop-culture consciousness, NBC is giving the genre a go with a comedy project called Me and You.
Written by Single Parents supervising producer Sarah Tapscott, Me and You follows a pair of late bloomers who start their first real relationship by impulsively moving in together after just two dates. The 20th Century Fox TV effort has a put pilot commitment at the network, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Tapscott, who has an overall deal at 20th, is executive producing with Fred Savage.

NBC hasn't had a rom-com on its schedule since the 2014-15 season, when A to Z and Marry Me both went one-and-done and About a Boy was canceled after its second season. But with the genre on the upswing thanks to movies like Crazy Rich Asians and Netflix's To All the Boys I've Loved Before and The Kissing Booth, the network is taking a swing during this development cycle.

"The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration" (Thursday, Nov. 29, from 9:00-11:00 p.m. EST on The ABC Television Network and on the ABC app) - Join singer, songwriter and "Dancing with the Stars: Juniors" host Jordan Fisher and "Modern Family"'s Sarah Hyland as they host the magical two-hour event from the Walt Disney WORLD Resort and Disneyland Resort. Joined by Disneyland host Jesse Palmer, Disney Parks and ABC will kick off the holiday season with a star-studded prime-time celebration showcasing incredible musical performances, special appearances and Disney magical moments, including an extraordinary castle lighting spectacular from Disney Parks around the world - traveling the globe from Lake Buena Vista, Florida, and Anaheim, California, to Paris, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

And we'll tell you why.
Craig Ferguson, the Scottish-American television host, comedian, author and actor brings his Hobo Fabulous Tour to The Ridgefield Playhouse Monday, December 3 at 7pm, part of Barts Tree Service Comedy Series, sponsored by SiriusXM and partially underwritten by Nutmeg Livery Service. Best known for his long run as host of the CBS late-night talk show “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” and his Daytime Emmy Award-winning game show “Celebrity Name Game,” he currently hosts “The Craig Ferguson Show” on Sirius XM.

TV personality Wayne Brady wants YOU to become the next Publishers Clearing House millionaire! The versatile performer is adding Publishers Clearing House (PCH) spokesperson to his ever-growing list of activities and is featured in a new national TV advertising campaign for the brand.
"You know, when I told people I was going to be working with Publishers Clearing House, the first question that came up was: 'Do real people really win?'" said Brady. "Well, I can tell you that the answer is 'YES.' I've personally met the PCH Prize Patrol and I've seen them surprise real people with big prizes."
In addition to appearing in TV commercials, Brady will be featured in PCH's digital advertising – all promoting the $7,000 A Week for Life prize that is ready to be awarded on December 21.
We have to end with our Remote Control redhead Christa Nannos giving one last serenade into the weekend.

That's all for now, but remember one thing: Never get arrested on a parking lot spot near the walmart when you have to fight. Otherwise, Twitter will blow up on you.

So until next time and all the time....play on playas.
