Netflix is diving deeper into the reality space with "House of Streams," an interactive series that merges traditional unscripted television with the world of online content creation.
The series will feature eight popular streamers and content creators living together in a villa for two weeks as they compete for a Bitcoin grand prize, currently worth $108,800. Sports and entertainment presenter Nicole Holliday, known for hosting major EA FIFA streaming tournaments and her work with Sky Sports, will host the show.
The series features a fully interactive format with a live chat feature that allows viewers to engage directly with contestants. "We held several rounds of casting sessions with streamers from all around the world over the span of two months," said Mark Holland, creator and director of the series. "We screened each applicant and interviewed the first round of casting and invited only 13 for the second round. 12 were selected and after third round, we selected 8 and one streamer as backup."
The eight contestants boast a combined social media following of over 4 million across platforms, representing diverse territories including the U.S., U.K. and Australia. They'll face various challenges and competitive activities while viewers participate in real-time decision-making.
The project is produced by Stream House Media Productions (SHriMP) with backing from the Malta Film Commission. Camelot Films facilitated the Netflix deal and is handling promotion, with producer Luke Croft-Faulkner leading marketing efforts.

Actress and model Elizabeth Hurley will play a "dearly departed" and "fabulously glamorous benefactor" simply known as "The Deceased" in the upcoming Channel 4 reality series The Inheritance, the U.K. broadcaster unveiled on Wednesday.
"Thirteen strangers are summoned to a grand stately home. They are there to compete for part of the fortune left in the will of The Deceased," according to a show description. "But winning the money won't be easy. The Deceased had a wicked sense of humor and has designed a mischievous game to ensure only the best players can get their hands on her inheritance."
Overseeing the stipulations of The Deceased's is her executor and trusted legal counsel, portrayed by lawyer and British TV personality Robert Rinder.
"The lucky 13 must work as a team to complete The Deceased's final requests, a series of devilishly difficult assignments that will demand they are clever, collaborative and cunning," said Channel 4. In a key twist, only one player can claim the money gained in each request.
"It's a thrill to be part of this clever game, playing The Deceased," Hurley said. "It all takes place on her huge estate in the English countryside, and she dresses to the nines in every scene."
Added Rinder: "This is a high-stakes strategy game served with a side of scheming and sabotage. As The Executor I enforce the rules, keep the chaos in check – more or less – and make sure our players are deserving of every glittering penny left by our dearly departed deceased, played by the iconic Elizabeth Hurley."
The Inheritance will air on Channel 4 this fall. The 12-episode series is co-produced by Studio Lambert, part of All3Media, owned by Jeff Zucker and Gerry Cardinale's RedBird IMI, and GroupM Motion Entertainment. It was commissioned for Channel 4 by Steve Handley, head of reality & entertainment, with Tom Beck, head of live events and commissioning editor, reality & entertainment and Genna Gibson, commissioning editor, reality & entertainment.
The executive producers for Studio Lambert are Tim Harcourt, Darrell Olsen, Kim Murphy and Joe Wildman, with Martin Oxley for GroupM Motion Entertainment. The production executives for Studio Lambert are Shona Kemp and Ellie Rowe, with Karen Bonnici for GroupM Motion Entertainment. All3Media International will handle format and tape sales worldwide.

Wheel of Fortune is ready to satisfy fans in a whole new format–part of which is even edible!
The long-running game show is teaming up with the legendary Dylan's Candy Bar to launch an exclusive collection of merchandise this year, it announced on Tuesday, noting that some but not all the items are sweet enough to eat.
The new collection will feature products spanning every candy food group, according to the May 20 announcement. It's also due to add some non-edible items as well, but further details, like exactly what will debut with the collaboration, have not been made available just yet. It is supposed to be a "sweet surprise," after all.
What we do know for certain, however, is that the "exciting" assortment of edible and WoF treats and non-edible collectibles will be available at all Dylan's Candy Bar locations as well as online this fall, as prices are expected to range from $18 to $125.
"We are always looking for fun, nostalgic ways to bring people together through candy, and what better way than partnering with one of America's most beloved game shows?" said Dylan Lauren, founder and CEO of Dylan's Candy Bar, in a statement. "This collection is a playful celebration of sweet surprises, and we can't wait to share what's in store."
More information on the special collaboration, including full product details and images of the products, will be made public closer to the launch. Until then, fans are told to keep a watchful eye.

You better think.
The popular word-based game show THINK, originally launched in Turkey in 2009 under the title Kelime Oyunu, continues to expand internationally.
The format, owned by Bavaria Entertainment and distributed globally by Sera Film, has sustained long-term success thanks to its dynamic pace and universally appealing concept.
To date, THINK has been adapted in five territories—Turkey, Romania, Slovakia, Poland, and for Kurdish-speaking audiences—demonstrating its wide-reaching resonance. Most recently, the format was optioned in Spain, signaling growing interest from additional markets. In Romania, THINK has enjoyed remarkable success.
Licensed in 2022 by Kanal D under the local title Jocul Cuvintelor, the show is hosted by well-known presenter Dan Negru. With more than 300 episodes aired, the format has now been officially renewed for both a fifth and sixth season, solidifying its status as a staple in Romanian primetime programming.
Idil Belli, CEO of Sera Film, commented: "We have always believed in the global potential of THINK. Having surpassed 3,750 episodes in Turkey, we're thrilled to see the format replicate its success in Romania. In a time when the industry is in search of scalable, high-return formats, THINK proves its adaptability and enduring audience appeal."
Fatih Salış, News and Internal Productions Director at Kanal D Romania, added: "Jocul Cuvintelor cu Dan Negru has become a true phenomenon in Romania. It has shaped new viewing habits and consistently ranks Kanal D at number one in its timeslot. Romanian viewers clearly value a quiz show that blends entertainment with intelligence, and we are proud to deliver high-quality programming that meets their expectations."
The show's easy-to-follow and family-friendly format even inspired a mobile game, which has been downloaded over 100,000 times to date, further extending its brand reach.
In each episode, five contestants compete to guess 14 words, starting from four letters and progressing up to ten. The longer the word, the more points earned—demanding a strong vocabulary, quick thinking, and tactical gameplay.

The CW Network today announced that it has renewed family game shows TRIVIAL PURSUIT and SCRABBLE for 30-episode second seasons to air in 2026. Multiple Grammy-nominated, Peabody, and Emmy(R) Award winning actor, writer, producer, director and comedian Craig Ferguson ("The Late Late Show," "Celebrity Name Game") joins SCRABBLE as the show's new host. Fan favorite Emmy(R) Award-winning actor, director, producer, and podcaster, LeVar Burton ("Roots," "Star Trek: The Next Generation," "Reading Rainbow") will return to host and executive produce TRIVIAL PURSUIT. Former SCRABBLE host Raven-Symoné ("That's So Raven") stays on board the hit game show as an executive producer for Season 2. Both series based on the classic board games are produced by Hasbro Entertainment alongside Lionsgate Alternative Television, with Mattel Television Studios co-producing SCRABBLE.
"We are excited to continue growing family game night on The CW by bringing a supersized order of 30 new episodes of both TRIVIAL PURSUIT and SCRABBLE to the network next year," said Heather Olander, Head of Unscripted Programming, The CW Network. "The one and only LeVar Burton is back as host for TRIVIAL PURSUIT and we welcome superstar comedian Craig Ferguson to The CW family as the new host of SCRABBLE. We are also incredibly grateful and lucky that Raven-Symoné will continue to work with us as executive producer of the series."
Ferguson is a New York Times bestselling author who has recorded numerous standup specials for Netflix, Epix, Comedy Central and Amazon. The wildly popular "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" ran on CBS for ten years and remains a cult favorite on YouTube, racking up millions of views every year. "I'm cock-a-hoop to be hosting SCRABBLE. I've wanted to do this show ever since I found out the letters of my name can be used to spell Cougar Fingers," said Ferguson.
In TRIVIAL PURSUIT, the beloved board game is reimagined in a question-packed entertainment format. Play occurs on a giant version of the iconic Trivial Pursuit game board, as contestants battle through a range of play-along question categories to win wedges and beat each other to the center. The victor then takes on a dramatic finale against the clock to claim the big money jackpot. TRIVIAL PURSUIT is produced by Hasbro Entertainment, The CW, Lionsgate Alternative Television and Talpa Studios. David Hurwitz serves as showrunner and executive producer. Gabriel Marano, David Garfinkle, John De Mol, Matt Walton, Matt Pritchard and LeVar Burton serve as executive producers.

Raven-Symoné serves as executive producer alongside Gabriel Marano, David Garfinkle and Chynna Weiss.
