The 83-year-old was caught on camera as he drove his green Lexus away from a row of damaged vehicles.
Tarbuck did not appear before Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court on Tuesday but did plead guilty to the offences by post.
He pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, failing to stop after an accident and failing to report an accident on May 15.
The incident took place in Coombe Gardens, New Malden, near the entertainer's home in Kingston-upon-Thames, according to MailOnline.
Prosecutor Laura-Ann Harding said: "The defendant drove a vehicle without due care and attention.
"They collided heavily into stationary vehicles, causing severe damage and at the same time an accident occurred with another vehicle, a Vauxhall Corsa and they failed to stop when required and give their name and address.
"Multiple vehicles were hit and one was shunted forward three houses. Nobody was injured as all the vehicles were parked and empty at the time."
Magistrates were shown footage of Tarbuck slowly dragging along the car before continuing away from the scene.
Dr Samantha Cobb, magistrates chairman, said: "We have read his mitigation and the bench fully accept he is full of remorse and is deeply apologetic.
"We accept this was utterly out of keeping with his character and we take into account he had recently lost his sister and it had been her funeral in the preceding days.
"He says he cannot explain why he did not stop that day."
Tarbuck was fined £716, with £110 costs and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £286.
His driving licence was also given five penalty points.
Tarbuck first came to prominence in the 60s with his show It’s Tarbuck ‘65! and went on to replace Bruce Forsyth as the host of Sunday Night at the London Palladium.
He also hosted TV game shows including Winner Takes All and Full Swing.
The man convicted in the murder of Drew Carey's ex-fiancee was just sentenced to spend the rest of his days behind bars ... more than 3 years after she fell to her death.
Gareth Pursehouse was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole Wednesday after he was convicted of killing Dr. Amie Harwick ... where a jury found him guilty of first-degree murder with a special circumstance allegation after a trial in September.
Prosecutors alleged he broke into Harwick's home in February of 2020 and waited for her to return before attacking ... and ultimately threw her off a third-story balcony.
The prosecution said his crime stemmed from not being able to get over their prior relationship -- which had ended years ago. Interestingly, Harwick had apparently expressed fear to friends and confidantes over Pursehouse not long before she died.
Pursehouse's defense team acknowledged in court he had, in fact, illegally entered Harwick's house that night -- but argued that he never intended to kill her ... claiming Harwick might've climbed over the balcony herself and fell on her own, noting the prosecution hadn't definitively proven their client was the one who threw her off. Obviously, the jury disagreed.
TMZ broke the story ... Pursehouse was arrested quickly after Harwick's death, and investigators pinpointed him as the prime suspect with the help of surveillance video.
Nine has pulled the pin on season 3 of the Kate Langbroek hosted series – My Mum, Your Dad. The news comes even though the network posted a casting call for the 2024 season.
Channel 9 has confirmed the news to TV Blackbox, saying that 2024 is a big Olympic year and it won’t be in the schedule.
2024 is set to be a tough year financially for the TV industry with a weaker advertising market. It’s no secret all networks are looking for cost savings and this series would appear to be a victim of that.
Episode 6 of the series was bumped from its Sunday night slot when executives at Nine discovered it would be pitted against 10’s Dessert Masters. 60 Minutes was moved to the earlier timeslot of 7pm, in an effort to be more competitive.
Nine says they won’t be making any further comment.
