EW's got your first look at Password, NBC's reboot of the 1960s game show, starring Jimmy Fallon (who is also producing) and hosted by Keke Palmer.
Throughout the series, contestants will partner with Fallon and other celebrities to face off in a game of words. There will be eight hour-long episodes, featuring celebrity/contestant duos as they compete for cash prizes using only one-word clues to guess a secret password.
The exclusive first look showcases much of the game play from the first season, including the celebrity contestant line-up, which includes Yvette Nicole Brown, Tony Hale, Jon Hamm, Chelsea Handler, Heidi Klum, Joel McHale, Chrissy Metz, Martin Short, J.B. Smoove and Meghan Trainor.
As previously announced, the first episode of the reboot will feature a tribute to Betty White, who played on the original series and is considered one of the best Password players of all time.

Amy Newman is getting to take the hosting reins along with 2 fantastic experts: John Campea and Robert Meyer Burnett. They're actually experts in the world of enertertainment around the internet and in the print media. How did she go from a small garage to a big old mansion? Well done, Amy. I hope she'll stick around for 2 weeks and possibly permanent.

Steff Todd won't be on Love Island but someone from Modern Family will.
Sarah Hyland, one of the stars of ABC's long-running sitcom Modern Family, has signed on to host Peacock's new take on Love Island USA. Hyland replaces Arielle Vandenberg, who hosted the first three seasons on CBS.
It comes after Peacock handed the show, which is based on the breakout ITV2 format, a two season, 80-episode order. She will be joined by British comedian Iain Stirling as narrator. Stirling voices the British series with a cutting charm.
It is the latest non-scripted hosting gig for Hyland, who fronts Play-Doh Squished for Amazon's Freevee. Hyland is also set to star in Peacock's Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin.
Peacock's new take on the dating series, which sees a group of singletons mix it up as they look for love, will launch on July 19 with six episode drops per week. This season will film in a villa in California, having previously been in locations including Hawaii, Fiji and Las Vegas. It is produced by ITV Entertainment with Andy Cadman, who exec produced five seasons of the UK show, set as co-showrunner, alongside Ben Thursby-Palmer and Mike Espinosa. The trio exec produce alongside David George, Adam Sher, Simon Thomas, Tom Gould, Richard Cowles, Mike Spencer, Richard Foster and Chet Fenster.

NBC announced its fall slate of upcoming and returning series, including the popular competition series "The Voice," back on Sept. 19 with Season 22, as well as franchise shows "Law & Order" and the #OneChicago block, which will air Sept. 22 and 21, respectively.
On the heels of "The Voice" return is the premiere of the "Quantum Leap" reboot, a "reimagined" take on the original '80s sci-fi series that will star Raymond Lee. Set 30 years after Dr. Sam Beckett (originated by Scott Bakula) disappeared into the accelerator, a new team led by physicist Ben Song (Lee) has been assembled to restart the project in order to uncover its mysteries. However, everything changes once Ben decides to make an unauthorized leap into the past. The series will also star Caitlin Bassett, Ernie Hudson, Mason Alexander Park and Nanrisa Lee. Steven Lilien and Bryan Wynbrandt will write and executive produce, alongside EPs Don Bellisario, Deborah Pratt and Martin Gero.
Before the fall officially begins, Peyton Manning will return to the lectern to host season 2 of "Capital One College Bowl" September 9.

It's Official.
Nexstar Media Group's pursuit of majority control of the CW is nearing the finish line, according to people with knowledge of the pending transaction. Word of the deal first surfaced last January, but it has taken some time to iron out details.
As currently structured, the deal will see Nexstar take a 75% stake in the broadcast network, and current partners Paramount Global and Warner Bros Discovery each take 12.5%.
Sources indicated there is still some chance the tentative agreement could unravel, but if it stays on track it could be formalized in the next few weeks.
The Wall Street Journal had the first report of the ownership structure and the apparently imminent closing of the acquisition.

More business news now.
Almost nine months to the day after the surprise Deadline scoop that CAA would acquire ICM Partners, the deal finally got government approval and closed. This creates a mega agency in the biggest linkup in the space since the WMA-Endeavor merger in 2009. Sources close to the situation said the Department of Justice finally approved the deal late Monday night or this morning, and it closed. It is valued around $750 million, and a combined enterprise value around $5 billion. The merged company's leadership is expected to address staff at a town hall Thursday, with the newly combined departments set to begin their integration process with get-togethers on July 11, Deadline reports.
Around 105 positions will be eliminated, all from ICM, and coming from all areas. There will be 425 ICM agents and staffers from the agency joining CAA, meaning around 80% will be retained by CAA. These conversations will happen quickly. A couple of dozen agents and other staffers have left in the past few months after the regulatory approval process dragged on, delaying the deal by about six months from the time frame CAA and ICM originally had projected. The bloodletting will be expedited and everyone will know where they stand shortly, if they don't know already.
