The long-running U.S. game show "Let's Make a Deal" will expand into eight new international territories in a new deal brokered by Marcus/Glass Productions and Can't Stop Media, an international sales group.
The gamer, which is hosted by Wayne Brady and produced by Fremantle for CBS in the U.S., is aiming to expand to Germany, Indonesia, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Hungary, Ireland and Poland under new deals. Each territory has a prior history and following with the show, and local broadcasters and production companies will facilitate airings in their respective countries. Marcus/Glass Productions is a joint production venture between Marcus Entertainment chairman Marcus Lemonis and Glass Entertainment Group CEO Nancy Glass. The pair acquired the intellectual property for the show in August of last year.
"The continued expansion of 'Let's Make a Deal' into further international territories shows that audiences have a strong appetite to be entertained by game shows," Lemonis said. "At a time when there is so much uncertainty and strife in the world, it's great to be able to bring audiences together around fun and uplifting content." In Germany, SAT1 revived "Geh aufs Ganze" (Go All Out), the country's adaptation of the game show; it as been renewed for a second season and will be produced by Fremantle's UFA Show & Factual. In Indonesia, the local version of the show ("Super Deal)" returned to a daily strip on GTV starting June 25. It is produced by Fremantle Indonesia (PT Dunia).
Hungary's TV2 commissioned the format as "Zsákbamacska," having previously aired in the 1990s. France's Hervé Hubert Productions will redevelop the format there; it also produced the local version for TF1 between 1998 and 2004. In Poland, FremantleMedia Polska is working on a reboot of the format, which aired as "Idź na całość" on Polsat between 1997 and 2001. Also, Banijay will produce the program in Italy, and Fremantle's Thames TV has taken an option for the UK and Ireland.

It's time for a segment that gives a fireball that grows hotter to a cool front that rains harder. It's the Yay & Yawn of July.
The Yay: LMAD. Pluto TV decided to cave them in with reruns of the current CBS version. In addition, Buzzr decided to return the favor by airing the first season of the 1984 version.
The Yawn: Big Brother, Press Your Luck and Generation Gap. They were all preempted for the January 6 committee public hearings. At least there wasn't any hooplah involved.

Former "Dancing With the Stars" co-hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews affirmed their blessing of Alfonso Ribeiro joining the competition program alongside Tyra Banks next season.
In a recent Instagram post, Bergeron wrote, "Now, getting Conrad Green back as DWTS showrunner is only ONE of their smartest decisions. Here's the other one Congratulations, buddy!" alongside two side-by-side photos of the pair.
Andrews chimed in with the same sentiment, adding, "I agree on both! Congrats @therealalfonsoribeiro." In response, "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" alum said, "I just hope I can make you proud." Bergeron replied, saying, "@therealalfonsoribeiro I have no doubt ."
Bergeron's post refers to Green's return, announced last month. The show's original showrunner, back in the same capacity, comes after his departure back in 2014. He was replaced by Andrew Llinares, who departed the series after five seasons in March. During his short-lived tenure, the executive producer implemented several large changes to "DWTS," most notably replacing Bergeron and Andrews with Banks in 2020.
Expert judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough also resume their seats on the ballroom floor. The season 31 premiere date on Disney+ will be announced at a later date.
"'Dancing with the Stars' has been such an important part of my life for so many years, and I am ecstatic to officially re-join this tight-knit family as co-host," said Ribeiro. "Tyra and I have a longstanding friendship that I hope will resonate with all of the fans at home as we kick off this new season on Disney+."
"I've known Alfonso since I was 19 years old and he always puts a smile on my face whenever I see him," said Banks. "Having such a fun-loving, longtime friend as co-host warms my heart. Plus, he's won the competition before, so he knows exactly what the stars are going through. Bantering back and forth with him live is going to be so much fun!"
"Dancing with the Stars" is the hit series hosted by supermodel and businesswoman Tyra Banks and actor and television personality Alfonso Ribeiro in which celebrities are paired with trained ballroom dancers to compete in themed choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough.
After an impressive 30 seasons on ABC, "Dancing with the Stars" moves to its new home on Disney+, premiering exclusively in the U.S. and Canada this fall, and making "Dancing with the Stars" the first live series to debut on the streaming service. "Dancing with the Stars" is produced by BBC Studios Los Angeles Productions

Paramount+ is forging a UK version of MTV U.S. matchmaking series Are You The One? from Geordie Shore producer Lime Pictures.
The show will debut on the streamer's UK platform and MTV channels outside the U.S. later this year.
Hosted by British presenter Joelah Noble in the UK, the format follows 20 unlucky-in-love people who are scientifically matched with 10 of their fellow contributors. If they can uncover all 10, they could find both love and a cash prize, as they are paired with a potential match each week to take part in challenges and see if they gel.
All3Media-backed Lime, which also produced MTV's True Love Or True Lies, is behind the UK version, which Kelly Bradshaw, SVP, MTV Entertainment Brands International, Paramount, said is proof of the network expanding its global formats strategy.
"MTV's hit reality formats continue to travel and resonate with audiences around the world across platforms. I can't wait to bring this one to audiences this summer," she added.

May we call you her-storic? RuPaul's Drag Race Philippines just broke new ground for the global franchise, becoming the series' first spin-off to feature two trans women as permanent judges.
After EW broke news that Drag Race season 4 and All Stars 6 alum Jiggly Caliente had joined the series as a main judge, production company World of Wonder unveiled Wednesday that multi-hyphenate entertainer KaladKaren will sit on the panel as well.
"The future is TRANS. [Kerri Colby] flicked her fingers n made 2 trans women main judges on a franchise," Jiggly tweeted after the announcement. "[KaladKaren] brings such a richness in knowledge of the Philippines drag industry to [the] table that I'm excited for you all to see. This is GIRL POWER."
In a tweet of her own, KaladKaren added: "Two trans women on the judging panel of #DragRacePH! Let's take up space! THE TIME IS NOW!!!! Mabuhay ang mga LGBTQIA+ Filipinos!"
Jiggly and KaladKaren — who rose to prominence by impersonating Filipino journalist Karen Davila — will sit on a panel presided over by Drag Race Philippines head judge and host Paolo Ballesteros, who is well known in the country as a TV host, actor, and beauty expert.

Here comes a Mistplay Game Break. Riddle yourself this..............
I’m always on the dinner table, but you don’t get to eat me. What am I?
You get the answer after we invite LadyDesiree into the Spotify Soundstage. She's a pianist and composer who can give out video game music, pop music and whatever else. She can also give you a jingle when if you are subscribed, if you have a birthday, if you are going to raid her and if possible, ask her to play the Jeopardy! theme song. If Necessary. For now, here's her.
Big thanks to @DanyrddaSpanyrd & @abyss2131 for sending me their game captures so I can have running video in the background! Here is some improv from playing along to the Mario 64 theme, it's a fun one! pic.twitter.com/OOiJ2zQeBG

Earlier in the week, TheTableKnight spoke to Game Show Live! about the new program and what to do with his occupation going forward. In a statement, he says................
