VO: This is GSN The Know. The most informed and entertained blog in the United States of America. Now, from the WIlton-North building, here is the man about games, Pierre Kelly.

Me: Get on board! Pierre Kelly commanding the GTK ship and we're here to give you what we explore what the network's given you. Off we go! First.....

The Starting Line.

This past month saw the debut of Baggage On the Road. But last year in the same month, the short-lived Mind of A Man debuted with Deray Davis hosting and gave Ben Gleib a start on this show before he branched out on his own with Idiotest. But why the 2? Let us compare.

Both were on a Wednesday. Nobody knew MOAM may get canned. BOTR might suffer the same fate. Both shows had over 400k viewership and when it wasn't good, it moved to a different timeslot. MOAM went on to survive in the early morning hours until it got yanked for good and as for BOTR, there could be a possibilty if that doesn't work. We'll find out the rest of the year.

Now we find out what seperates the blizzard from the snow shower. It's the yay & yawn of January.

The yay: GSN in the top 30. Can we see the top 20 soon? We don't know.

The Yawn: Baggage On The Road. Same game, but lame.

Time out! After this, February changes and the #18 original of all-time. I'll let Elspeth Eastman do a jazz song while you watch this.

Time in! Back to the great space coaster known as GTK. But something in the distance tells me a string quartet just came in, so its time for......

House cleaning for next month.

*The Chase will rerun (from 1/27, Season 4 premiere) Monday night at 9pm; replacing John O'Hurley's Family Feud. O'Hurley Feud is now limited to the 1pm hour weekdays. *New to GSN episodes of Match Game, Card Sharks, Press Your Luck, Sale of the Century and The $25,000 Pyramid continue weekday mornings, 8-11am. *Idiotest new episodes expire, Season 1 reruns will continue to air Wednesday 8-9pm.
*Baggage On The Road continues to air in new runs Wednesday 10-11pm.

This week will be the last week of Idiotest in new episodes, so go watch it. Also....

The Chase will be on February 10th. It has this line of dialogue:

"one [contestant] makes his girlfriend the offer of a lifetime!"

You heard right. Watch that and then you could probably watch Agent Carter if that's okay.

(Song stops)

Guess what's back on GSN?

CHAIN REACTION!!!!

The game where one word led to another and the right word earned people thousands of dollars in cash will get a new version. Sadly, Dylan Lane won't host, but someone else will. Could it be a Joe or a Jane? We'll soon see. The reason: high marks of it's reruns to the Lane version. Something to be proud of.

One more thing. Remember the Buzzr TV deal I talked to you guys about? Well, it's coming in summer and one report claims this...

Game Show Network today only airs 1,500 episodes from Fremantle shows, while BuzzrTV would air 40,000 episodes.

Think about it. GSN did have more than 1500 when it first went on the air. Now Buzzr TV is doing the same. Why is that? Let me know what you think.

Now the second intermission presented by swagbucks.com. Actress and vlogger Kiri Callaghan now with an Imagine Dragons favorite:

And now it's time for the 3rd period.

Time once again for.....

THE TOP 20 GSN ORIGINALS OF ALL-TIME!!!!!!

For #18, let's play Bingo!

Bingo America that is. It all started with "National Bingo Night" on ABC. When that was over, it migrated to GSN under the new name. It was hosted by Patrick Duffy of Dallas fame and former Feud host Richard Karn. It had trivia combined with the smarts of bingo to win cash prizes. Crystal Wallasch and Diane Mizota called the balls like bingo callers would do to help contestants in a race to $100,000. You heard right. Even though it was fun, we also played at home to follow along with the action. That went on to play Facebook bingo games more often. Bingo America is....

Time to crash land. Today's blog is presented by Skywalking through Neverland. One of many podcasts I'm digging so far this year. It's where Disney and Star Wars mash up into one show. Don't know what it's about? Copy & paste this.
