2012: Judson's Legacy. When Bible first came on the scene, It wanted to attract an audience so big, the network sought it as a hit. Judson's Legacy was the first to collect $100,000 and.....the choir wore the same clothes. Weird.
2013: Wagner Warriors. Kirk Franklin came in to change the choir's look & feel and not only it attracted a singing trio, wrestlers, rabbis, nuns and Kari Jobe herself, but a group of men knew the Bible pretty well and won it all.
2014: The Bible Belts. The Karate kids kicked out shoe-wearing divas, priests, policemen, roller derby queens and scrabble fans among others to take away the top prize.
So who would win this ultimate showdown? My prediction would be......The Wagner Warriors. Because they feel smart on what the good book says. Otherwise, it would be very close to call.
Kids, look at the time. We got to go. We got another week of GSN to cover before going into August. So until I see you again, play on playas.
