Your news......with sass. Presented by blood  honey. Something every vampire would be sweet about. Here now is..... Pierre Kelly!

Me: Hi everyone, good afternoon from the Pacific Bay area and ‬TGIF! Hope you are well. And if you aren't well, well........

Today is  National College Colors day. College Football starts tomorrow and you'll have all TVs at the ready when your favorite team hits the field. Now let's kick it off and get.....wired!

Mike E. Winfield, a comedian and current contestant on America’s Got Talent, received an incredible offer from Howie Mandel on the Tuesday, August 30, episode.

Mandel was so impressed by Winfield’s performance that he invited the Season 17 semi-finalist to come and open for him at an upcoming comedy show. “I will tell you something: if you do not get voted into the finals, on September 9, I’m playing the Westbury Theater in New York,” the AGT judge said. “You come and open up for me.”

Winfield looked stunned by the offer, as did host Terry Crews. However, Mandel didn’t expect the gig to go ahead, as he seemed confident that Winfield would be busy getting ready for the Season 17 finale. “But I’ve got a feeling you’re not going to be available,” Mandel stated.

The comedian from Baltimore, Maryland, opened up about this surprise offer after the live show. “I didn’t hear everything, but I heard the offer,” Winfield told People, referencing how the loud cheering from the studio audience was almost deafening. “I heard the date, and I wrote it down, and I’m going to follow up somehow.”

He went on to say that the whole moment felt surreal. “That was the first time, I think, physically my body moved across stage,” he explained. “Because I was [like], ‘That really just happened?’ in real-time. So yes, that would be amazing!”

As for Mandel, he made it clear that the offer was serious. “He just makes me, and an entire room, explode, and my first thought is, you deserve one of the two votes to go on,” Mandel told People. But if America does not get it right and doesn’t vote for you, I know that next week I’m going to be on the road anyway, in New York on the 9th. He lives on the east coast. Come on over, and I’ll give you time on the stage on my show.”

Maybe HE can be a chaser.

A contestant on The Chase has made history with a record-breaking win.

Dan from Birmingham managed to beat brain box Jenny Ryan, aka The Vixen, to scoop £80,000 on the popular quiz show.

Fellow contestants Annabelle, Toby and Sarah were all knocked out of the final chase, leaving Dan on his lonesome.

But that didn't affect him.

After bagging a mere £5,000 in the cash builder, he showed nerves of steel by deciding to go for the £80,000 offered by Ryan, saying: "What have I got to lose?"

And the risk paid off, making Dan the biggest solo winner in the show's history, beating former player Eden Nash who won £75,000 on the show last year.

When asked by host Bradley Walsh what he's going to do with his prize, Dan said: "I think I’ll be spending a little bit longer in New Zealand than initially planned!"

The Vixen also took a chance to congratulate the champ, saying: "Sensational. Dan deserves every penny of that, that was a sensational performance."

Dozens of people have flocked to social media to share their admiration, with one writing: "This guy on #TheChase !! JEEZ what a player!"

A third chimed in: "Can't believe Dan on #thechase got some really simple questions wrong like Buffalo wings but knew some obscure ballet move and some random Brazilian author and a heap of other hard answers!

"What a great episode though! So happy for him, 80k all to himself!"

Vegan to Move

Tabitha Brown is refusing to dim her light for others’ approval.

The social media star, beloved for her infectious charm, made clear that she has no intention of compromising her authentic self for money or ratings in a video posted to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The video also served as an announcement that Food Network has rescheduled her new vegan cooking challenge series “It’s CompliPlated,” from its primetime evening airtime.

The series, originally slotted for Thursdays at 9 p.m., will now air on Tuesdays at 1 p.m., Brown revealed after alluding to pressures from outside sources to portray an altered version of herself on-screen — despite gaining a following in recent years by encouraging viewers to unapologetically embrace themselves and their roots.

And let's move on to a segment in which these qualifications can make the cut: Someone who can stream for more than one year of his or her own time, can be of some certain variety or within the realm outside of video games (i.e. Artwork, Music), viewership numbers on averages and the category most important: Play Jackbox games if necesssary. Please help me introduce you all to.................

This month's recipent: ThePumperPair. On most days when Nick & Kristen raids them, they hang out just a bit. Even EmilyHenryMusic does it when she's done with her stream.  Once that raid is successful, it'll be a combination of this: Elise doing a sketch and Jon playing an musical improv of what happened in the stream. Here's one example.

They are married and Jon does a good job with his keyboard while Elise paints up something. ANd you may think it's a relaxing stream.......well they can sometimes do Crosswords.......

Become psycho lunatics at charades.......

And my all time favorite..........PICTIONARY!!!!!!

There's also live learns for $5 if you can challenge Jon at a song he hasn't played yet. At the very last hour of the stream, there's a dad joke corner where it's all based on the word picked out.

The person with the best dad joke gets on the monthly dad list. Like this.

All this hilarity happens every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on this link:

So ThePumperPair, multitaskers and multihypenates..........

You are the Twitchhead of the month for September of 2022. You get an imaginary plaque to hang on the wall, bragging rights and what else, Colbi King?

Colbi: A set of musical pens. Listen to classic hits while you write down something like a check or a sketch. It's writing fun while you listen. Pierre?

Me: Thanks Colbi. Tune in again to see which pair or solo act is more musically or gaming inclined.

Stuart, who was also a broadcasting legend, died in July aged 73.

The quiz show, hosted by Victoria Coren Mitchell, has returned for its 18th series and, at the end of episode one, paid tribute to Stuart, who was an executive producer on the show.

The moment from season 16 saw the star say: ‘Before we go, I’ve had a letter in from Fran in Caerphilly.

‘She writes: “Dear Victoria, love the show. I did notice on the end credits last week some people listed as executive producers. It feels like the list is getting longer and I just wondered what executive producers do. They can’t have a final say on the edit of the programme, else why on earth would they allow these self-indulgent and baffling remarks to stay in the show?

‘”So is Chris Stuart a treasured colleague that everyone admires and respects and loves, himself formally a great broadcaster who steered this ship from the beginning and can take ultimate credit for any good it’s ever done? Or is Chris Stuart a psuedonym for none other than one V Coren Mitchell as a way of lining her own pockets with more license fee payers’ cash?”‘

Victoria went on to quip: ‘Well I can’t comment on that Fran, but let’s just say it’s the Seychelles for me again this year! With Chris, obviously.’

Afterwards, a message was displayed reading: ‘This series is dedicated to the memory of our late friend Chris Stuart, Executive Producer 2008-2022, with all our love.’

Victoria also took to Twitter, writing: ‘I hope people watched to the end. God bless you Chris, we miss you.’

Stuart was a broadcaster and the creator of the BBC quiz show.
