But the Wheel keeps on spinning to land on something good and something bad. It's the Yay & Yawn of November.

The Yay: Samantha Harris. She finally took Ahmad's place on the new season of Tug of Words and gave it more personality to the program.

The Yawn: Stephen Fry. He deleted his Twitter 5 times. Why? The whole Elon Musk ordeal. Mark Cuban, you can have his job.

Did you see the J! toc this year...........Well.....................

Forty-game winner Amy Schneider capped her big year by winning a hard-fought "Jeopardy!" tournament of champions in an episode that aired Monday.

Schneider, a writer from Oakland, California, won three games in the tournament finals, narrowly beating Andrew He, a software developer from neighboring San Francisco, who won two games. The third contestant, Sam Buttrey, was another Californian. He won one game.

Schneider had a 40-game winning streak earlier this year, the second longest in the game show's history, which began when she defeated He. She said she both wanted to compete again with He, known for his cold-blooded big bets on the show's Daily Doubles, and feared him.

"He was definitely someone that I knew could beat me because he very nearly did before, and he did a couple of times here as well," Schneider said. "Any of the three of us really could have won if a very small number of things had gone differently."

The competitors are influencers online but clueless in the kitchen in Worst Cooks in America: Viral Sensations, premiering with a supersized 90-minute episode on Sunday, January 1st at 8pm ET/PT on Food Network and discovery+. Anne Burrell is joined for the first time by Darnell Ferguson to lead culinary boot camp, where they take on the kitchen chaos, food fumbles and culinary confusion of these trending competitors IRL. From a paleontologist TikToker and pop culture trendsetters to the Louisiana woman who went viral after using Gorilla Glue in her hair, the cast is filled with larger-than-life personalities who are determined to win "likes" for their improving cooking skills. With the red team led by Anne and blue by Darnell, this season's competition is more buzz-worthy than ever, including challenges inspired by viral trends like Poke-Bowl-Go, Cake or Fake and Ice-Bucket trivia. In the end, only the most improved recruit left standing is awarded a $25,000 grand prize and bragging rights for their mentor.

"Worst Cooks is always a fun way to kick off the New Year - and taking these social media stars offline and into the kitchen is hilarious to watch," said Jane Latman, President, Home & Food Content and Streaming, Warner Bros. Discovery. "Darnell is the perfect new mentor to join Anne in boot camp - this season delivers laughs, drama and even culinary inspiration."

The competitors are: comedian Rich Aronovitch @richisfunny (New York, New York); "QuarantTeaTime" actor Michael Judson Berry @mjudsonberry (Jersey City, New Jersey); Tessica Brown, known for her Gorilla Glue hair mishap, @im_d_ollady (Violet, Louisiana); flight attendant-by-day David Chen @davidchenofficial (Fort Lauderdale, Florida); singing sensation Naje Elmore @who_she_naje (Texarkana, Texas); K-drama and K-pop enthusiast Tina Kim @kdramalogic (Los Angeles, California); puppeteer Adam Kreutinger @adamkreutinger (Williamsville, New York); "Top 5 Hottest" trendsetter Paris Nicholson @parisnicholson (Miami, Florida); paleontologist TikToker Eliza Petersen @lizemopetey (West Jordan, Utah); "Mr. Spooky" Mitchell Ralston @mrspooky13 (Huntingdon Beach, California); YouTuber Sabrina Rios @abelinasabrina (Los Angeles, California) and Nick Trawick, known for his TikTok character "Kleptora," @nicktrawick13 (Los Angeles, California).

Season 3 of MASTER MINDS will premiere on Monday, January 9 at 6 p.m. ET on Game Show Network and air weekdays.

In MASTER MINDS, three contestants square off against three trivia Master Minds in multiple rounds of intense trivia competition. The lowest scoring player on each side is eliminated until the top competitor and top Master Mind are left standing and now must face off, head-to-head, in the Ultimate Trivia Challenge. If the contestant can get more questions correct than the Master Mind, they will win $10,000 and come back to challenge the Masters again. If they win two games in a row, they join the ranks of the Master Minds and will appear in future episodes.

Amazon has restructured leadership operations at MGM Television's scripted department amid a continuous overhaul of the studio, 10 months after the tech giant closed its $8.5 billion acquisition of the company.

Under the new organization chart, which was announced by Amazon TV chief Vernon Sanders to staff in a memo Tuesday, Rola Bauer, former president of international TV for MGM, will become head of pan-English scripted SVOD TV, development and series.

Meanwhile, Lindsay Sloane, the former senior executive vide president of MGM scripted TV will lead U.S. scripted television for MGM.

Additionally, Orion Television, a banner that was just revived two years ago by MGM, will be folded into the studio and its boss, Bradley Gardner, will be stepping down from his role. He is currently in discussions for a producing deal at MGM TV.

The restructuring news is a further shakeup to MGM under Amazon that comes one day after Mark Burnett, chairman of MGM's Worldwide Television Group, exited the company.

The executive and reality producer said he was stepping away from MGM TV's "day to day management" and returning to "independently creating and innovating" and plans to continue to oversee his legacy programs.

Burnett becomes the latest high-ranking MGM executive to exit following the retail giant/streamer's $8.5 billion deal to acquire the studio behind franchises including James Bond, Rocky/Creed and The Handmaid's Tale.

Motion picture group chairman Michael De Luca and motion picture group president Pam Abdy also exited their roles April 27.

The news comes after Amazon officially closed its acquisition of MGM.

Like De Luca and Abdy's exits, Burnett's departure was in some ways expected as industry observers questioned how the reality kingpin behind hits including Survivor, The Voice and Shark Tank would fit in with Amazon head Jennifer Salke. The latter exec has headed up Amazon since she departed as NBC Entertainment president in early 2018. Burnett, like Salke, reported to senior vp Mike Hopkins.

It seems that the Jeopardy! Tournament of champions format wasn't the only thing going to stretch more than 2 weeks, it was the $100,000 Pyramid back in the eighties who had 3 people with the fastest time fight it out for the big money. If 2 people can't do it, another person will get replaced and on it goes until the big money is finally won. Here is a perfect example of why it is so dramatic at a time when game shows started handing out really big money in the  Game Show Live!..........
