Wheel of Fortune contestant Chris Bryant won’t be having any sweet dreams tonight as an avoidable flub during Tuesday’s episode is sure to be playing on his mind.

Bryant was close to solving a “Song Lyrics” puzzle, which was the opening line to the Eurythmics’ hit record “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This).” However, despite having the word “This” spelled out on the board, Bryant fell into the trap of the song’s common mispronunciation, answering, “Sweet dreams are made of these.”

“You knew it as soon as it came out for your mouth, don’t worry about it, it’s going to be fine,” assured host Pat Sajak as Bryant bowed his head in embarrassment. Bryant’s error allowed one of his fellow contestants to swoop in with the correct answer and steal the prize pot.

Despite the mistake, viewers on social media had Bryant’s back, with many admitting they had no idea the lyrics said “this” and not “these.” After all, it’s a frequent mispronunciation, given that lead singer Annie Lennox seems to pronounce it as “these,” especially as it rhymes with the word “seas” in the next line.

“Until I hear Annie Lennox confirm herself that the lyrics are “Sweet dreams are made of THIS”, I will not believe it,” tweeted one fan. “Wheel of Fortune ain’t gonna make me think I’ve been hearing those lyrics wrong for almost 40 years.”

Many others shared similar sentiments, with one person writing, “Today I learned it’s “sweet dreams are made of this” not “these.” Anyone else questioning everything they know?”

The night wasn’t a complete nightmare for Bryant, though, as he still advanced to the bonus round despite missing out on the “Song Lyrics” puzzle. In the end, he walked away with total winnings of $26,405, so he can hold his head up and keep moving on.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show will end just over a year after it was announced that it was going to be entering its final season.

Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show will sign off on Thursday, May 26, Deadline reports. Before the final episode, First Lady Michelle Obama, Jennifer Garner, Channing Tatum, Serena Williams, Zac Efron, Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo, Gwen Stefani, David Letterman, Diane Keaton, Kim Kardashian, and DeGeneres’ wife, Portia de Rossi will all be back as guests. After DeGeneres’ last episode as host, it is set to air during the summer on affiliate stations, and that won’t just be reruns. There will also be compilation episodes as well as ones with guest hosts.

Also according to the report, employees and crew members will be receiving bonuses (according to how long they worked for the show) and healthcare coverage for an additional six months (from Warner Bros./Telepictures, the studio that produces the show). Prior to the announcement of the final season, the show had been investigated over allegations of a toxic workplace environment.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show will have run 19 seasons after premiering in September 2003. It has won over 60 Daytime Emmys, including for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show and Outstanding Talk Show Host.

Extremely Stupid

Alfredo Silva’s Caged Riders rode away with the grand prize on Monday’s finale of NBC‘s America’s Got Talent: Extreme, but some viewers were not happy with how the evening played out.

Much like the original America’s Got Talent format, the finale saw the finalists and Golden Buzzer recipients return to the show to see the winner be crowned. However, unlike the regular AGT, most finalists, including the Golden Buzzer acts, were not given a chance to perform. The only two acts to perform were Caged Riders and Wheelz, the two acts voted on by an unknown group of “superfans.”

Wheelchair athlete Wheelz was the first to perform but failed to land either of his death-defying stunts. Meanwhile, motorcycle stunt team Caged Riders pulled off a perfect performance that saw them crowned the winners of the first season of AGT: Extreme, bagging themselves a half-million dollars in the process.

However, fans at home weren’t on board with these new rules and made their voices heard on social media. “So in the “finale,” only two finalist acts actually get to perform? Everyone else is already voted off behind the scenes? That’s stupid, @AGT, real stupid,” tweeted one disgruntled viewer.

America’s Got Talent essentially let a superdelegate process decide,” wrote CBS58 reporter Victor Jacobo. “So disappointed with the #AGTExtreme finale! They could’ve at least let the top 4 perform!” added another commenter.

The AGT spinoff series premiered on February 21 and ventured into the open air to present “outrageous, unique and jaw-dropping acts of enormous scale and magnitude.” Terry Crews hosted the series with Simon Cowell (also a creator and exec producer), WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella, and action sports legend Travis Pastrana serving as judges.

We've been on a fever pitch about Madison on the Air and in March, the podcast set a record for 2 bonus episodes. Here's the rundown........

March of course associates us with St. Patrick's day and Green fits the color of the month so it's perfect that they reenacted an episode of The Green Hornet but with a modern flair. In between the main ones per usual they do a bonus feature but you get the normal Madison's Mad Facts but you get to hear a roundtable discussion on Asian Americans in Entertainment. This is one discussion you'll be intrigued on. And keep your social media tabs on for when Madison Standish will get sucked up into next.

Judge Jerry has been cancelled after three seasons and will end its run in September, Deadline reports. In addition, fellow syndicated offering The Good Dish, which first bowed in January as a replacement for The Dr. Oz Show, will not be returning for Season 2.

The Good Dish, meanwhile, premiered on Jan. 14. An expansion of Daphne Oz’s weekly cooking segment on her father’s show, the spinoff also featured co-hosts Gail Simmons and Jamika Pessoa. Sony Pictures Television, which produces the series, is reportedly exploring options to continue the show on cable or streaming.

FORMER "SURVIVOR" WINNER KIM WOLFE SAVES HOMEOWNERS WHO CRY "WHY THE HECK DID I BUY THIS HOUSE?" IN NEW HGTV SERIES

WHAT: Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?

WHERE/WHEN: Why the Heck Did I Buy This House? premieres Wednesday, March 30, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.

WHO: Former CBS Survivor winner Kim Wolfe knows a thing or two about thriving in the wild - and now she'll bring that tough tenacity and smart ingenuity to rescue homeowners with major buyer's remorse in her San Antonio hometown. In the new seven-episode series Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?, the designer, home renovator and busy mom of three will use her expert skills to help clients who snapped up their home at first sight but are now stuck in lifeless spaces with dysfunctional layouts, outdated style and overlooked potential. Kim will go all in pouring concrete foundations, nailing roof beams, installing framing and hanging drywall to bring her design vision to life - and will make these families finally fall in love with their reinvented dream home.

In the premiere episode, Kim will meet a couple who bought their house for the large backyard and its lush fruit trees but are left with an odd layout and wasted space that doesn't fit their family. To remedy the chaos, she will set her sights on a complete overhaul, including an expanded kitchen and living area with a direct view of the property's beautiful outdoor space and a spa-like main suite to give the parents a dedicated retreat.

Why the Heck Did I Buy This House? is produced by High Noon Entertainment.

Rachel Riley penned an emotional International Women's Day tribute on Tuesday as the Countdown star stood in solidarity with the women of Ukraine.

The mathematician, 36, took to her Instagram account to share her sympathy for the women and girls who are caught up in the country's war against Russia - posing with her daughters and Russian dancer husband, Pasha Kovalev, 42,

Rachel recently returned to Countdown following her maternity leave after welcoming baby daughter Noa to the world in November.

She shares the newborn with Strictly Come Dancing star husband Pasha, with the couple also being parents to another daughter Maven, two.

She captioned the heartfelt post:  'A sombre International Women’s Day today.

'Big responsibility raising girls. Every time we pack up what feels like half our belongings take with us to Manchester to look after two little ones for 3 days filming, I’m thinking of the women who’ve had to pack up their lives into their car, or bags, say goodbye to their men, and leave everything for who knows how long.

'We’re so lucky to be living in peace with our family intact.'

Let's end it with more of Madi2themax-imum March Madness and a throwback to when she was an attraction on Youtube.

#todayIlearned that no matter how well you actually did in karaoke, you have to say the exact song lyrics on Wheel of Fortune as it has been the past 5 decades. One mistake and it'll come back to haunt you.

Well, I must go now. So thank you so much and we'll examine your brackets gone wrong next week. Until then, when an upset alert goes off by this sound:
