Superstar chef Bobby Flay and Food Network are poised to part ways after a 27-year run that has made the restaurateur and businessman one of the country’s most recognizable culinary figures.
Flay and Food Network have been in negotiations on a new contract for some time. His most recent exclusive three-year pact with the Discovery-owned cabler expires at year’s end. Sources close to the situation said that Food Network has ended the negotiations.
Flay representatives at WME declined to comment on the situation, citing the policy of not commenting on active negotiations. That’s an indication that Flay’s team sees some hardball negotiating tactics afoot. But Variety reports that sources close to Food Network say the decision has been made to move on as the sides were far apart on financial terms. Food Network declined to comment.
The parting will come as a shock to longtime Food Network viewers. Flay has been a staple of its programming since 1994, when the cabler was still in its first year on the air. Flay has fronted a slew of series and specials for the cabler, from recent offerings such as “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Brunch at Bobby’s” to the original “Grillin’ and Chillin’ ” series that established Flay as a charismatic chef barbeque master. Flay has also long been a regular contender on Food Network’s many game shows, from “Chopped” and “Iron Chef America” to “Worst Cooks in America,” “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” and “The Next Food Network Star.”

Julie Wilson. She used to work in local TV news for about a decade but because working in TV news can take many hours to report countless stories and/or anchor what's in the world today, she decided to leave to become a Youtuber and we'll get to that in a minute, but before that, last month, this came on Instagram............................
She decided to come back to her home state of Missouri to try her hand at radio. Even though she guest hosted on other stations, she chose KOSP-FM in the Ozarks which is Springfield, MO. She's tackling the midday job and so far, she decided to fit in to radio station and to me, she's my favorite radio personlaity this year. But she's also a Tiktok darling. Watch.

You wanted to know when Tug of Words will premiere? Well................
TUG OF WORDS will premiere on Monday, November 8 at 4:30 p.m. ET on Game Show Network and air weekdays.
From the producing team behind "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," TUG OF WORDS is a fast-paced game where two teams compete to answer word clue questions correctly and pull the flag on the "tug of war rope" to their side. In round one, each answer involves changing a single letter in the word that appears on the board. For example, with 'TUG' on the board, the answer to the clue 'a label inside a garment' is 'TAG,' and with 'TAG' then on the board, the answer to the clue 'hopefully the upstairs neighbors aren't learning this dance' is 'TAP.' With each round, an additional letter is added creating four and five letter words to solve. The team with the flag on their side after three rounds wins the game, qualifying them for the bonus round where they have opportunity to compete for $10,000.

Peacock has unveiled the official show art and premiere date for the all-new reality competition series, SIWAS DANCE POP REVOLUTION, which will begin streaming on Thursday, November 4. Three of the eight episodes will drop on premiere day, with new episodes available each week thereafter.
Jessalyn Siwa, mom and manager to multi-talented worldwide pop sensation JoJo Siwa, is teaming up with her daughter, in SIWAS DANCE POP REVOLUTION, the ultimate reality competition series in which young talent, who also happen to be major JoJo Siwa fans, will compete for a coveted role in XOMG Pop, a brand-new pop group that will be managed by Jessalynn. Eleven tweens will participate in a series of performances and challenges, while JoJo serves as choreographer and mentor. As part of the grand prize, the newly crowned pop group will serve as an opening act for JoJo.
The cast includes 18-year-old pop star, YouTube sensation, dancer, influencer and entrepreneur JoJo Siwa as well as her "momager" Jessalynn Siwa. Other cast members include Bella Cianni Llerena, Brooklynn Pitts, Dallas Skye Gatson, Emily Hoder, Kinley Cunningham, Kiya Barczyszyn, Laila Clark, Leigha Rose Sanderson, Tatum Waters, Tamara "Tinie T" Andreasyan and Sadie O'Sullivan.

HGTV has picked up another season of Rock the Block, its mega-hit home renovation competition series. Set for premiere in early 2022, the series again will be hosted by popular carpenter, craftsman and design expert Ty Pennington and will showcase four teams of HGTV's powerhouse experts who are ready to face-off in a renovation battle for bragging rights and a street named in their honor. Competitors will include twin real estate bosses Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb (Unsellable Houses), Arkansas' fiercest home renovation experts Dave and Jenny Marrs (Fixer to Fabulous), Detroit-based flippers Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas (Bargain Block) and veteran real estate broker Egypt Sherrod joined by her builder husband Mike Jackson (Married to Real Estate). Each team will have just six weeks and a budget of $225,000 to renovate identical properties and morph them into the ultimate suburban oasis that reflects their distinctive vision and breathtaking design.
"Our renovation competitions continue to perform well and audience anticipation will be extremely high for another season of Rock the Block," said Betsy Sanner Ayala, senior vice president, programming and development, HGTV. "This is also a great vehicle to showcase some of our newer talent who have a competitive spirit and are ready to put their expertise on the line in a fun, no-holds-barred showdown."
The homes in the upcoming season of the series will be built by Hunter Quinn Homes in Nexton, a Charleston metro community based in Berkeley County, South Carolina.

RTÉ's new game show Last Singer Standing will kick-off later this month with host Nicky Byrne and Nadine Coyle, former NSYNC member Joey Fatone, and Samantha Mumba as Pop Panellists.
Contestants will require tactics as well as singing talent as they battle it out against one another in a bid to make it to the grand final and win €25,000.
The new show will start on Saturday, October 23 on RTÉ One and run for eight weeks, reaching a finale in December with prize money of €25,000 for the winner.
In a statement, RTÉ said, "Last Singing Standing is game show for all of the family to enjoy, it requires contestants to have tactics as well as talent, as singers face off against one another in a test of singing ability, and nerve".
Produced for RTÉ by ShinAwiL, the series will air on Saturday evenings, with one singer from each show making it to the next round.

Genius Brands International has launched its streaming branded Kartoon Channel!’s program line-up on Pluto TV, a free television streaming platform.
The deal significantly expands the Genius Brands kids’ channel footprint, providing its content to millions of Pluto TV users. Included in Genius Brands’ slate of original series are popular shows such as Stan Lee’s Superhero Kindergarten, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger; the new original trivia gameshow for kids, KC! Pop Quiz (starting October 12) hosted by Nickelodeon star Casey Simpson; and the upcoming Shaq’s Garage, starring Shaquille O’Neal and Rob Gronkowski. Viewers will also see fan favorite classics such as Baby Genius and Pac-Man.
