VO: This is GSN The Know. The most informed and entertained blog in the United States of America. Now, from the WIlton-North building, here is the man about games, Pierre Jason Kelly.

Me: Okay kids, stop looking at beauty tutorials from Bethany Mota and start knowing a lot about GSN. Everybody knows the routine. No need to have a makeup haul, because we're at....

The Starting Line.

Now it's gone as of this year. The American Bible Challenge was something during its 3-season run. GSN had a breakout hit and they found one in the Jeff Foxworthy-hosted program. It was losing steam by season 3 because of casting and now there's not another bible quiz show to be found in America. The reason was this: pairing with It Takes a Church, which ironically in its new season and The Chase & Idiotest being breakout hits as does Skin Wars. Another reason: The acquistion of Steve Harvey's Family Feud that turned the fatal fortunes of GSN around. It was a pretty fun bible quiz sprinkled in with pop culture, but this year....it's not here. May it RIP.

(quick fade out)

Now the tears are wiped out, it's back to GSN stuff. First off.....

The Facebook Files.

Last week, we showed you the new GSN logo and ask what you guys thought of it. For that, Game Show News was the destination and Christopher Bunye kicks it off with this:

"Hate it. As a designer myself, it just looks incredibly lazy, uninspired, and does nothing to tie it to it being a Game Show Network. At the very least, it doesn't even look fun."

James Fabiano, what do you think?

"Needs to be Steve Harvey's head."

What????!!!!

Moving on, Woodie Belk with this:

"Too generic...A 5th grader could design that logo."

But Harvey Daye Jr. fires back with:

"No it took a Minute to Draw It! And they had to chase the smurf down when he was done with his idiotest!"

XD way to go.

(song stops)

After a blip on the GSN FB page, "Lie Detectors" with comic Rove McManus will be on April 20th. It'll be about comic making up a lie to figure out which one is true by contestants. It'll be at 6 CDT right after an hour of Harvey Feud. May try it, but we'll see.  Also, the FB & Twitter pages will be up momentarily.

What's a Rentrak?

Let me explain. It's a company that specializes in "precisely measuring movies and T.V. everywhere", according to their own website. It will track GSN VOD and contribute to ratings. No word yet on when Hilty gets a makeover.  I miss Hilty.

It's time once again for....

Carni-Poll. Where there is not an Elfquest mascot in sight. First off...

Without new episodes, will you still watch 'The Chase' Tuesday nights in reruns?

30% was tied in watching the Chase and watching "Agents Of Shield." Um, okay.....

Without new episodes, will you still watch 'Baggage On The Road' in reruns Wednesday nights?

58% say they'd rather do something else than watch it.

What has a better chance for renewal?

Idiotest got the 3/4 time over BOTR. Idiotest wins. #duh

Last question: What has the better chance for renewal?

Idiotest getting a 3/4 once again, this time over "It Takes a Church."

(song stops)

Now the 2nd intermission presented by swagbucks.com. Rosanna Pansino can whip up tasty treats with her own show, but did you know she made her first song? It's true. I got it on Valentine's Day and now I get to share it with you. Why? Because we like you so much. Here, have a peek.

And it's the 3rd period.

Time once again for.....

THE TOP 20 GSN ORIGINALS OF ALL-TIME!!!!!!

#15 had a showdown at the OK Corral.....

But it took it to the Sunset Strip and "Hollywood Showdown" was the program is which a duel over pop culture knowledge was waged. Your brain was your pistol, and you took on 5 of your outlaws fighting bullets with bullets for money like "Jackpot!" used to when they picked riddles once you picked a player in a 2 out of 3 dogfight. Todd Newton played U.S. Marshal for 2 seasons and was also syndicated on PAX as well. After you found the one with the "Box Office" card and shot down your opposition, you had to answer a gauntlet of 5 questions for the jackpot without one miss. Did you know Erika Landin from Big Brother 4 was a contestant on there? It's true. She was a big moneymaker. Hollywood Showdown is.....draw, pardner!

Time to ride off into the sunset. Today's blog is presented by Madison Brinkman. A single mom who tries to be like Bethany Mota........in the worst kind of way. Please see her on Youtube:

She needs 3000 subs! Get on board.
