Me: Thank you Stephanie Panisello, my celebrity apprentice to Steven Seagall. This is Game show Live! As live as it gets, as live as it happens and as live whenever you feel like it.
Today's program is presented this month by Cricket and what I'm holding right now is the LG Spree. Not only does it has the 4G LTE speed and power, but it has dual cameras and unique LG features, and you can get it for free at a limited time at your Cricket store or kiosk when you sign up today.

Winter is the new fall this Covid-impacted TV season. Because of the lengthy production shutdown in the first months of the coronavirus pandemic, Fox and the CW delayed the rollout of their regular fall 2020 lineups, and a slew of other series intended for fall 2020 debut also are slated to premiere in early 2021 instead.
With uncertainty surrounding production as Covid outbreaks frequently pause filming, a number of premiere dates are still TBD, as networks and streamers often wait until last minute to set debuts so they are sure than the new seasons would be completed successfully.
That said, here’s Deadline's annual list of midseason/winter premiere dates for new and returning series. It covers hundreds of broadcast, cable and streaming programs debuting from today through March 31 and includes shows that were on hiatus and some one-off specials such as awards shows.

Each episode of the food game show “Best Leftovers Ever!” on Netflix (debuting Dec. 30) sees three skilled cooks make new dishes out of already made dishes, hoping to walk away with $10,000.
“People think leftovers is just reheating your food. It’s not just reheating your food. Get creative with it. You could always create new and better things with it later,” says comedian David So, one of the judges.
In the first episode, contestants are given healthy leftovers — veggie salad, cauliflower rice, pork tenderloin with beets, and avocado with cottage cheese — and are asked to turn them into comfort food in 30 minutes. They have access to a pantry and kitchen staples. One contestant turned to Indian flavors, making a pork curry with fritters. Another went for Greek, making a beet- and pork-stuffed pastry called a tiropita. The third made a tostada with glazed pepper jelly pork.
In the second round, called the Takeout Takedown, contestants must make new dishes from restaurant leftovers in only an hour. One took chicken fingers and fries and made a potato gnocchi. Another turned old burgers and fries into pierogies.
Later episodes see contestants turn football-watching party food — bean dip, sliders and raw veggies — into beef stroganoff or tacos, and turn leftover barbeque into lasagna or dumplings.
“If the audience can walk away and go back to their fridge and say, ‘Hey, I’m not going to throw this away, I’m actually going to make something amazing out of it,’ then we did our job,” says So.
The show arrives during a time when viewers have had to adjust to ordering takeout during the pandemic and at the end of holiday feasts.
“The timing couldn’t be more perfect,” says the show’s host, actress-musician Jackie Tohn, who starred in the TV series “GLOW” and is a self-described “leftover queen.”
“We can’t go to restaurants and all we can do is order in. And then if you get that Chinese food and you don’t want it to be Chinese food on night two, we’re giving you a bunch of tips and tricks to make that possible.”
Tohn and So are joined by the second judge, British chef and TV personality Rosemary Shrager. The three have a slightly absurdist vibe, tossing cheeseballs into each others’ mouths while contestants cook, or imitating Julia Child’s high-pitched modulations.
“Being on set wasn’t like work. It was just like talking to your friends and eating really good food around talented people,” So says. “I mean, everybody would love a job like that, right?” The show appealed to both So and Tohn since they grew up in households where there was little food wasted. Tohn’s grandmother used to keep bones for marrow: “Nothing ever got thrown away. I mean, we ate leftovers until the very end.” And So had leftovers all week.
Fox is adding a game show to its midseason schedule — and selling some soda along with it. The network has ordered Cherries Wild, a trivia competition with a giant slot machine at its center.
The series, hosted by Jason Biggs, is a collaboration between Fox Alternative Entertainment and Pepsi, whose Wild Cherry brand will be integrated into the show. It premieres Feb. 14.
"We are excited to partner with our longtime friends at Pepsi on Cherries Wild," said Fox Alternative Entertainment and Specials president Rob Wade. "This is a bold concept that best illustrates the limitless possibilities that can be accomplished when two great brands join forces to deliver audiences a wildly entertaining program and an equally dazzling product. With the always charming Jason Biggs at the helm, Cherries Wild is a refreshing twist on the classic trivia game show."
In the game, teams of two will answer pop culture trivia questions for a chance at a prize of up to $250,000. In the final round, the team spins the reels on the slot machine; if it comes up all cherries, the contestants win the big prize.
Cherries Wild continues Fox's long-standing relationship with Pepsi, which dates back to The X Factor in the early 2010s and continued on the network's hit drama Empire.
The show marks a return to Fox for Biggs, who starred in the network's comedy Outmatched last season. He had a heavily recurring part in Netflix's Orange Is the New Black and played himself in Jay and Silent Bob Reboot last year. He's repped by ICM Partners, Management 360 and Steve Burkow.
Wes Kauble (Beat Shazam) created the show and serves as executive producer. Wild Cherries comes from Fox Alternative Entertainment.

Cross wits was better than People Puzzler.
Cross Wits brought in the style of what the seventies was with jack Clark as the perfect keeper of the Cross Wits before he took the announcing role at Wheel. David Sparks lacked what Clark had in 1987, but People Puzzler had the very boring sleepy hosting style of Leah Remini. The categories are similar to both but Cross wits had celebrities to assist the contestants out or themselves if they goofed. Both shows have points per letter but Crosswits take the cake with the Crossfire round for a big prize while People puzzler solves 3 mini puzzles for $10,000. Merv Griffin's Crosswords should've learned to get rid of spoilers but that's another story for another day. So we'll admit that Crosswits is better than People Puzzler.
