Me: Hi everyone, good afternoon from the Pacific Bay area and ‬TGIF! Hope you are well. And if you aren't well, well........

This year is the 20th anniversary of.......

Deal or No Deal. A show about Luck with no stunts or trivia. This show offered more models in one show and a million dollar top prize. This was NBC's frenzy to what Millionaire did on ABC. Both of them did well in syndication too and still a favorite of fans today. Now let's...............get wired!!!!!!!!!

In just three months, Dylan Efron underwent two major body transformations amid his time on Dancing With the Stars. Between the start of rehearsals in September and the show’s finale on November 25, Efron lost weight and then gained back even more as he learned how to fuel his body during the rigorous training schedule.

In a December 2 Instagram story, Efron revealed that he weighed “around 175-178 lbs.” when he started Dancing With the Stars. “By Week 3, I went down to 170,” he shared, adding that the weight loss was due to “a lot of cardio” while he “wasn’t eating enough.” In fact, the costume department “had to take in my waist on my pants,” Efron added.

Once the show ended, “my pant size was back to normal, and I felt stronger,” Efron shared, revealing his final weight of 189 pounds. “I gained about 15-20 lbs. during the season,” The Traitors winner said. “Biggest thing I changed was eating more protein…protein shake every night and just more meat. But I feel so much stronger than before.”

Efron and his pro partner, Daniella Karagach, finished Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars in fourth place behind Robert IrwinAlix Earle, and Jordan Chiles. He showed off his buff body during the finale, which featured a shirtless dance.

Now that DWTS is over, Efron is already moving on to his next venture: a YouTube competition series with Rob Mariano, with whom he starred on The Traitors. The series, Everything’s a Competition, will feature the friends going head-to-head in various challenges.

Really? No more hour power in 2026?

The Price Is Right model Alexis Gaube revealed a fact about the game show that shocked fans. She said that she was already done filming for Season 54, even though it’s only just December!

This came as a huge surprise to fans because The Price Is Right typically airs new episodes until the summer. Season 53 closed out with a special July 4 edition. The current season premiered on September 22.

Here’s what Gaube posted on Instagram:  “Wrapped TPIR Season 54, Modeling World, I’m Back,” she captioned the post on December 2.

In the video, Gaube wore a short pink dress with flowers on it. Her brown hair was curled and bounced up and down as she walked towards the camera.

A curious fan asked, “Beautiful as always. How long does it take to record a season?of TPIR?”

Gaube replied, “It’s changed every season bc of the move to a new studio. Among other things that have come up (writers strike, fires, etc..), but now it’s like 5/6 months.”

“The season is done until the summer?” another fan wondered.

“The last week of filming this season is the week before Christmas 😢 yes, until next summer. So if you want to go … you have … two more weeks 😂,” Gaube replied.

The Price Is Right typically shoots two or more episodes a day, and films months in advance, hence the confusion among fans about another season wrapping up work already.

Previously, Gaube shared photos in late September of her on-set filming, in her trailer, trying on outfits, and more.

The season will still air into next summer, but filming is done for the models. Gaube is only one of the models on the show.

The “Dancing With the Stars” Season 34 semifinals episode, which was themed around Prince, hit another season high with 7.22 million total viewers, according to the network, and a 1.5 rating among adults 18-49.

The Nov. 18 episode became the highest-watched semifinals episode in ratings in seven years (November 2018) and is up 28% in viewers compared to last season’s penultimate. Among adults, it nearly doubled its rating, with last year’s episode earning a 0.79; this year’s episode is the show’s best penultimate telecast in nine years (November 2016).

The interest has also grown immensely with younger viewers, with a 1.68 rating among adults 18-34, the best delivery in the younger demo in 10 years and the strongest for a penultimate episode in 14 years. Additionally, fan voting rose to a new high of 55.9 million votes.

That was from NCIS. A show for over 20 years running. Why does everybody dislike the show? It's because of a similar universe done by Marvel and DC films. Everybody thinks it's the same old thing. As the cast gets older, so does The Simpsons. Fox hasn't decided when it was go away. Same for CBS. They wished it could go away, but spend an afterlife in syndication. Look at Mama's Family. NBC didn't like it, but syndication decided.....why not? Same for It's a Living. ABC dumped it but syndication likes it thanks to Sonny Mann's silly songs. NBC already has Law & Order: SVU because of it's Olivia & Elliott and that's the staying power they need to make money off of the peacock network. Around 2028 or earlier, CBS thinks it's time to move on. Just my prediction. But if CBS wants to pick up a reboot of Simon & Simon, will it be the same like CSI? Absolutely.......not. And on that bombshell, we end with this.

Closing Theme

#TodayILearned that the cast of the Kpop Demon Hunters will ring in Chinese New Year.....pretty soon.

Please be kind, be great and stay smart the next time you hear this sound.........
